Most people on the forum consider having "Morning wood" a positive P.I. So I've been trying to find out what exactly is the cause of it. Most all of the sources say that it's caused by the complete relaxation of the body. This happens during the R.E.M. cycle and waking up directly from these stages can leave a person with an erection. Some sources also say that a "Morning Wood" is the result of high testosterone levels; specifically between 4:00am ans 6:00am.
The lack of morning wood for some of us could be due to bad sleep patterns(ie. going to bed late and waking up really late) and maybe we just sleep through all the glorious wood.
So I want the following data from you guys:
1. Time you usually go to bed
2. Time you usually wake up(also do you wake up by yourself or use an alarm?)
3. Do you sleep well or do you toss and turn throughout?
4. Do you workout ( non-PE) consistently and how many times a week? (optional)
5. Age?(completely optional)
6. Consistent or inconsistent morning wood; or never?
I would like at least a 100 replies if possible. I'll probably make a few graphs from the data and put everything together in a new thread once I get enough data.

1) Anywhere from 2:00AM EST to 3:00AM EST
2) Anywhere from 10:00AM EST to 11:30AM EST
3) I sleep well, though I am a light sleeper and wake up 2-3 times throughout the morning, especially when the neighbors are all waking up and getting out at 6-7AM.
4) 3-4 days a week over the past 2 months, after a 6 month break.

6) Consistent, even at 10-11AM. I usually wake up at least once in the night with it.

Yes. I'm an endurance athlete. Train from 3 - 5 hours/day with one day off a week.

Pretty consistent, but I've noticed it depends on how much I masturbate or how much sex I'm getting.STATS:

2. 530am for lifting
3. Sleep deep but toss and turn
4. I lift 4-6 times a week with 2days of running.

6. Off and on, I know I have erections while I'm sleeping. But I sometimes wake up with a raging one, but not that frequently.

Usually: 7:30am, No Alarm (2 hour Midday naps. Aprox 8hrs/day sleep)
