    Hello guys. These past few months i have been experimenting with PE and researching different methods of gaining lenght and girth as fast as possible without any special equipment.

    Here is the full report of my research:

    Introduction:

    Three days ago i started doing PE seriously. Today i was shocked by my FL and EG, thinking my penis had grown atleast 0.4 inch in lenght and perhaps 0.1 inch in girth. This might be those so called "beginner gains" that are amazing but will fade quickly. I think that these gains might stay consistent but of course about 10 times less. But even then the gains would be amazing.

    These gains i think have only a few factors:

    1. I have developed a technique called snailing which i will later explain, and i think this is the one responsible for the girth gains.

    Furthermore i have changed my provision intake slightly (see bottom).


    Research:

    I had a few friends whom were, well lets call it "well hung". After asking them about their youth i could determine some potential causes for their blessing.

    1. They drank big amounts of milk (1l-2l per day). And we all know or sohuld know that the penis is made up of cartilage which is build up or can be built up of mainly calcium, same as bones.

    2. Both of them trained athletics. This part i have yet to be figure out but i know that athelics is an explosive sport mainly and train the legs amazingly. If the legs are strong and fit so are the blood vessels in them and around them.

    Observe! One of my friends(lets call him friend n1) were half middle-eastern (near India). According to research arabs usually have above average penises but Indians on the other hand has a below average penis size. With that said, he is not an arab and thus their is a high chance that he should have a small penis. But he does not, this is what lead me to believe there was something he did in his youth (diet, training etc) that could have affected his size. It was then that i noticed one of my other friends had the same diet+training(in their youth) as my friend (n1).

    Elaboration:

    I have also read about other things in the diet that might be extremely good for PE gains.

    - Cayenne pepper (increases blood flow in the whole body tremendously)
    - Wildberries (Increses blood flow moderatly)
    - Milk (contains nitric oxygen (NO) which expands the blood vessels
    - L-arginine (Is a pure NO product, this one is quite common)
    - Any protein rich diet(protein shakes aswell) that helps building up muscle tissue.

    Conclusion:

    Diet and training in youth and hopefully in our cases aswell in adulthood can affect PE gains tremendously. Moreover, changing my diet plan and taking in all the above each day or a few times a week might make my gains (even though beginner gains) even higher.

    Observe! I upped the amount of milk i drink the last two weeks from 1 small glass of milk (0.1L) each day to 0.5L-1L of milk per day. I haven't tried any of the other provisions.

    haha, yes. No reason to mention 'snailing' but thanks anyway as I was thinking about whether protein itself is useful for gains in penile tissue?

    Shortdog - in how long a period did you go from 4.0 in girth to 5.7?? That is amazing!!!! Surely not since September last year???

    I think if you drink milk in your teens but do not exercise, the penis probably grows but not in a good way. This is because not enough bloodflow is going through the dick. Long penis without blood = thin penis. But this is just a theory, i might be very wrong about my hypothesis or you and many others are just exceptions .
