    Ah this kind of answers my question I created a thread about (Jai Stretches).

    So on rest days you want to do NOTHING to tax your penis? No Jai stretches and is possible no mastubation?

    But when you say keep your penis plump, do you mean only on the workout day? Or on days off also?

    If the conditions are right you should stay plump even on rest days. Plump is control master the plump! To do this you must keep your dick in a plump flaccid state.

    Good nutrition
    Lots of vessel dilation. That means you body builders need to get your cardio in.

    One possible factor about why it could be so great to keep "plump" or "flushed" or lower hung is that perhaps this extra blood means extra nutrients to heal and repair damage and cause growth throughout the day?! And visa versa, why being turtled could be so bad?!

    Yes Kingpole, I am becoming very interested in this issue. Perhaps it is actually this prolonged plump state which actually causes growth. Think about it, the whole point of an extender is to keep ones penis slightly extended for long periods (stop cell apotosis and cause cell renewal)...the key point here being mildly extended. I think thats why I did not have success with extenders....I went over board with the degree of stretch and caused more damage and probably stopped any growth mechanisms. But if you keep you penis mildly extended by the means of the plump theory for many hours after every PE session you are in affect going round with an extended penis just without the extender on to keep it that way.

    My favorite plumping exercise would be the bed fowfer, it is safe and you can do it for hours. Also you can apply Tunica Tugs and a few short Uli's. I think guys would benifit from plumping on a day when your home by yourself free of distractions.

    What you call the "plump" stage, I call the "magic jelly stage." I am normally in that stage for most of the day, these days. I know the cardio (swimming), the green tea, the kegeling, and the mini-jelqing and edging sessions throughout the day keep it that way. It does turtle a little, but bounces right back, usually late morning, and then again late afternoon into the evening. During the night with the "bed fowfers" and the intense stretches, it rarely turtles. I used to turtle like crazy when I swam--no more. It hangs nicely plump throughout a lap swim.

    Good stuff.

    I think we are re-programming our penile memories here.

    Going4, am I right in thinking the magical jelly state was a phrase coined by Fedora at MoS? If so, he spoke to me about this observation too. I really knew what he ment when he spoke of that "jelly" feeling in the shaft, like it was softer and more flexible...this goes hand in hand with KPs view on having a softer core and avoiding a hard core!
    Re-programming the penis is a good phrase. I think if one can keep their flaccid penis hanging lower and fuller (plump or magical jeely state) for longer (ie many hours each day for many months) then isn't it likely the penis will "grow" into this new state??

    SA...It seems so, a permanent jelly stage. I don't turtler up either after a workout at the gym.

    At least flaccid-wise, yes. My flaccid dick, even when it is turtling, is longer and thicker than it was before I started P.E. Yes, Fedora, at MOS, coined the term. German Stallion, at MOS, has also addressed this issue of Kingpole's view of avoiding a hard core--so that that inner cord, which can feel like a steel rod down the middle of your dick, is softer and more flexible. My semi-flaccids are always more receptive to lengthening, for sure, than a rock hard penis. As with Kingpole, I made my biggest jelqing gains at no more than 50 % erect--30 % to 50 % seems the ideal.
