    Kingpole, any reason you prefer the V jelq to the OK grip? Is it just a personal preference or do you believe the V grip to be more effective at gaining results? And if so, any idea why that is the case?

    I think the "V" jelq is more effective, you grasp more dick, and you also get a bit of a stretch out of it as well. For the most part that is all I used since February of 05.

    I read a suggestion in Remek's book (I think) that said the penis tends to plump more if you need to pee (in a section about how to survive shower room embarrassment...). Well, following this idea, I've noticed that peeing a little less frequently, so I almost always have a small need to pee, has been keeping myself plumped up a lot more of the day. Anybody else utilized this? My flaccids are nowhere near your guys, but I'm keeping a 4" or more flaccid that feels kinda puffy. That's substantially more hang than I used to get.

    Also, green tea has a modest amount of caffeine in it,right? Around 1/3 as much as coffee, I believe. I was quitting caffeine (coffee) because that was supposed to be bad for PE. Do the benefits of green tea outweigh the negatives of its caffeine content?

    Finally, I still don't get the V grip. I think the problem is my hands are too small. Imagine medium sized women's hands. Is that too small to V-grip a 4.75" mid-shaft EG?

    Decaf green tea actually taste better than regular green tea. the amino acid theanine and the chemical ECCG trumps the caffeine though.

    You have a pretty good flaccid hang, is that from holding your urine?

    You plave the "V" grip on the underside of you penis when semi erect and slowly move the grip up the shaft termintaing near the glans. then repeat. Whenone "V" grip is at the top you want to start another at the base. Always both hands shjoul be on your dick during the jelqing process. Rather you use an OK grip or a "V" grip.

    I also like to take that "V" grip and turn it upside down and run it down the top of my shaft. Lile thid "^" where as the V grip looks something like this "V"

    Cool, just had my first cup of decaf green tea. Tasted alright. I could see it becoming a regular habit. I just need something hot to drink in the morning to wake me up a bit. I'm all for easy lifestyle changes which will improve PE. I'm thinking of picking up a bottle of L-Arginine next. That's the supplement all the cool kids are taking, right?

    I'm not real sure about the holding urine thing. I haven't been able to test it much yet. I noticed when I was first starting PE that it looked more plump whenever I urinated (because I had just read it) so I started drinking a ton of water. Then when I read this thread about maximizing the length of plump time, I decided to give infrequent urination a try. Right now, I think I'm having large flaccids (for me haha) because I just did 5 days of PE in a row, which was a large step up for me. I'm pleased at the positive PI because I thought I might've been pushing it...

    With the V-grip, let me understand, I should be making (please excuse the dorky reference) the star trek peace sign thing? Then, placing the underside of the penis in the nook of the V made by the middle and ring fingers? So, the palm of the hand is facing the underside of the penis and the fingers are curling away from the body? Trying to jelq like that felt really awkward because of the awkward arm angles involved; I was sure I was doing something wrong.

    Arginine will help with erections making it firmer and a little bigger.

    I think staying hydrated is good enought to help maintain a good flaccid.

    Yep, now it is best to do the "V" grip either sitting or laying down. Remeber your pulling your dick up towrds you belly button. The goal is to try to make it get to the belly button. When I started over 3 years ago I was getting it closer to the belly button. Then one day I got it to the belly button. Now my erections easily get to the belly button. With a little little adjustments to my abdomen I can get it over the belly button.
