Just out of interest, would you have any links to these studies? I won't bother asking how drastic the effects of having slightly lowered test would be.
I saw my blood test when I was 16, it was 18nmol/l, which assuming I was in stage 4 puberty, was on the high end of the scale (9-19 for stage 4 puberty). So if an hour or so of sleep is going to reduce that by 5%, then I could have potentially had 18.7nmol/L, which isn't exactly a huge difference, and further still, those losses would have to translate into a loss of free test and DHT aswell, which for all we know, might remain almost constant despite some losses to baseline test.
I definitely should step away and will very soon. I appreciate your answers so far.

For your sake this will be the last post I make here as there really doesn't appear to be any benefit (esp. to you) in dragging this out.
The effects of androgen administration on phallic androgen receptor expression.
Note the first sentence in the above:
PURPOSE:
Whether androgens down regulate the androgen receptor during penile development is controversial. We investigated the effects of androgens on penile androgen receptor expression.
There are some additional discussions on this forum on the subject of androgen regulation- see:

I read extensively the rat study "Critical androgen-sensitive periods of rat penis and clitoris development"
It completely suggests that more testosterone (although exogeneous) during times of development will not result in a larger penis in adulthood. There is no arguing with it. All the other things you posted seem to suggest the same.
I am yet to see how the first study suggests that testosterone levels has any effect on not attaining ultimate penile size, or that lowered test can compromise reaching that final size (if more test supplementation won't give you a bigger penis, slightly less won't give you a smaller one, it'd take a little longer maybe).
Whether AR downregulation stops growth or not is irrelevant, the raw facts are that more test in the rats resulted in actually slightly diminutive penises for those rats which were given testosterone during puberty, and actually much smaller penises in those rats treated prenatally and right up to puberty.

I know you're reluctant to reply, but just want your opinion, if what I've just said before is in line with what you took from the study. Still struggling to see evidence how test levels correlate to larger or smaller penises, ultimately.
Please PM meI'm also interested in this coaching, as long as I can abstain from thinking about the past and move forward and blast well past any 'imagined losses'

Well dude, if you had have slept like shit in your growing up ages, and a lot of what you read says higher test = bigger penis, and you know for a fact sleep deprivation can fuck up hormonal balance, then you'd be trying to find answers too, especially when answers are hard to come by you'd try harder and harder to find them.

I'm not saying you are wrong by any means, it is irrelevant, it probably had marginal effects if any, but sleeping 7.5 hours at at best compareed to whats reccomended (9 hours), that's about 15+% difference in whats reccomended. It results in slightly less test, maybe more cortisol, GH remains the same, but it definately doesn't help growth.
No I should have neve questioned it. It was life circumstances that led me down this path, maybe i need to deal with that too. In any case here I am on a PE site. I may aswell use this energy to grow my penis.

Hi,
What I recently found to aid in general recovery especially after a good work out weather body or penis are;
Avena Sativa
Tongkat Ali
Brands for Avena that I like;
Piping Rock
Eclectic
Brands for Tongkat;
Source Naturals
I've vaguely read some studies that they may positively interact with androgen receptors.
At any rate, hope this helps.NBPEL 6 1/4" EG 5 1/4" - March 2017
