I found this link that mentions using Acetyl L-Carnitine to increase androgen receptors throughout the body. I've never looked into this before. What do you guys think?

Good thing L-Carnitine is cheap then.
I don't see this possibly being much benefit to PE, unless you hit the gym prior and lift some weights to actually put your body in the environment that can benefit from the supplementation in this way.

Well testosterone is released constantly throughout the day, so it should still help right? There is definitely higher influx of testosterone after a workout, but I think if L-carnitine does increase the volume and sensitivity throughout the body(including penile tissue), it could help to some degree.

Probably to some degree, but on a miniscule amount. Durring PE, your body just isn't getting to the state of exercise that the test showed benefit with.

Whey protein will increase androgen receptors or their sensitivity, according to studies and zinc also increases androgen receptors and reduces estrogen receptors an aromatase.
Studies have proven that testosterone levels within the penis and peripheral tissues double when you achieve an erection (if your healthy with no ED). After erection subsides so do the testosterone levels. The high levels of testosterone stimulate 5 alpha reductase activity which reduces testosterone into dihydrotestosterone (proven to be the critical androgen in penis growth, structure, function and integrity). The increase in dht and testosterone stimulates androgen receptor quantity and sensitivity...according to studies.
All this info is readily available to anyone interested in searching.

This is why JP reccomends taking at least 500mg of lysine daily it converts to carnitine in the presence of vitamin C. lysine is cheap, carnitine is expensive.

I did not know that...cool. Kinda like how L-citrulline converts to L-arginine and increases plasma L-arginine levels 4 fold greater that L-arginine itself.

So basically maintaining an erection and flooding the penis with testosterone and eventually DHT could possibly be the key to gains?
Yea i did not know that Lysine was precursor to carnitine. Allysine a is derivative of lysine which helps with the production of collagen. So supplementing with lysine is more beneficial than supplementing with carnitine.
Wait.. I though L-Citrulline was a by-product of L-arginine and L-ornithine?
