    is Side to Side strech an ok exercise for a beginner? it seem much better than the JP90 strech?

    It's a fairly moderate stretch and is suitable for beginners.

    @Big Al : today was my first day of JP90.....warmed up with some firestarters and hot shower, 50 jelqs then 30 V jelqs(3 sets of both), side to side 100 reps, and warm down (same as warm up)..... I didn't feel much stretch while doing side to side, i tried different angles and i grasped an OK grip right before the glans(i am uncircumsized) so touch to each leg is one rep?? maybe i should do more? and i need a suggestion on doing jelqs.....having some problems i start with left hand from base i get to the glans and stop there and while i start the second hand as i push up i guess the blood pushes the left hand over the glans or should i always hold the grip on the left hand until my right hand reaches half of the shaft?? sorry if i didn't explain it well all help would be appreciated..... just trying to do this properly.

    For the Side to Sides, each touch equals 1 rep. The 100 rep recommendation is an initial guideline. If you have experience with previous stretches and/or you're well conditioned then you'll likely benefit from performing more reps.

    Retract any excess skin away from the glans and set your grip so you have bout 1/2" of space in between your hand and your glans. Make sure you don't have very much blood in your glans and use only as much grip strength as is needed to accomplish the stretch. If you hand tends to slide, use a small towel to pad and enhance your grip.

    i dont understand something. should i do the stretches pointing down on pointing straight out? one guide said one thing and a second guide said the other. and penis should be flaccid right?
