I think I’ve been overtraining because I’ve lost .25in since I started pe 2 months ago(I’ve been pe off and on for 5 months)But I have no signs of overtraing......I still have good night and morning wood.....should I just take like a week or 2 break then just restart and pick a new routine? If I did what routine should I do? Should I stick with this one or do jp90 again? Please help Big Al

I don't know enough about your training details to make an assessment, but if you've been training for 2 months straight you should be due for a layoff- unless you've been undertraining.

I use to jelq 50x 5sec each. Then I stretched in all directions and held each one for 45secs and I did 3 sets of those. 2on 1off. After 2 months of that I didn’t see any gains. If under training was the case what routine should I do? I just started this routine and I really wanna try it but I’m down for any routine you think I should do. Sorry if I’m being a bother and asking a lot of questions I’m just curios.

If you're undertrained you can attempt a more volume heavy routine or more intense exercises. As I stated before, I don't know enough about the details of your training- like your EQ stats, how you started, etc. to offer more than this.

How long is each rep? I’ve been doing these for weeks right before using the bathmate. Should it be done to the beat of a clock at 1 second from thigh to thigh?

One second per rep should be sufficient. but don't overfocus on this. Use a "One Mississippi, Two Mississippi..." system for simplicity.
