Even if you already have a high LOT, you should stretch after the warm up and before the warm down. The first to allow your penile skin to adjust to the routine and to extend the tunica and loosen up the ligament if needed. Depending on the semi-erection level, the jelg will either affect more toward length (30% - 50%) or girth (60% - 80%(max)) which makes sense. But I will say, Miamihurricane, that either you are one of the few who gain very quickly (unless you are using a pump) or the stats on gains are wrong for a months worth because that is a dream. I hope the former with props to you.

I'm really liking side to side stretches, I'm going to try them out for a few months and see how it goes.

I did this routine for 3 solid weeks, started with 200 side to side up to 400. Gained .3 to .4 inches in length in the 3 weeks I did the routine.

@newdude, my measurements are correct, yea they seem crazy but I've measured the same way everytime. Maybe its the pills I'm taking or everything else I've done, I've read alot before I started pe, such as; foods for penis health/foods to avoid, avoiding smoking/drinking(which I did a lot of before pe), right amount of sleep, how to perform each exercise correctly,not over training, proper warm up/down technique, how to increase my testosterone levels through certain exercises and just pretty much everything else I could do to increase my chances at any gains. I've learned (alot<<<demone) lol,through reading and from the many moderators/members here,especially the help of Big Al who is helping me through his mecoach website. I'm always asking questions. I wish I took before piks,but I didn't, but I did take piks of my recent measurements, so the next time I make any gains I will have pik proof! I believe my gains were due to an increase to my eq.
@pe4life, That sounds amazing. Hopefully I can achieve those length gains in that amount of time. .3/.4 inches will almost make me reach my first goal!

Wow pe4life2 that's a great gain in such little time too. I really feel this stretch working, I start a new routine on Monday for 8 weeks and this will be my only stretch so fingers crossed I can make My BPEL catch up a bit to MY BPFSL.

8x7, you must have a big fat pad, man if you were to lose some weight your dick would look so much bigger

I do, The fat pad is my number one goal. I have about 20lbs to lose on my current cut so I will see what that gives me. Although when I was 18 and a very low body fat my NBPEL was still only 6", I seem to be one of the unlucky guys with a big pad.
When I reach My target weight, I'm going to run a t3 cycle then try Mesotherapy.

For those who do the side to side stretch,, What is your routine schedule? 2days on 1off, every otherday? Because once i reach 1,00 reps I'm not sure what my scedule should be?

Miamihurricane Do you mean how do you progress after reaching 1000? I'm starting slow, adding 100 each week until I reach 1000 then If I've gained after 8 weeks of 1000 then I will carry on Until I hit a wall. I really enjoy this stretch and stretching has never been something I liked.
