    I started doing these last week - they are the only stretch I've really truly FELT. But really, that many reps? O.o

    Yeah, it's a lot of reps (I started on Monday). I'm going to give it a month and then possibly add bundled stretches too. I think I'm going to do 2 days on, 1 day off, but we'll see how my dick responds. Here's hoping I get those length gains I've been yearning for.

    im adding 25 reps each session, Im at 200 as of today, I think ill just keep the every other day schedule, honeslty, i havent measured, but, my flaccid girth seems to have BLOOOOOOOOWN UP, its so thick all the time, it looks huge, thats a good sign so far, I cant wait til i reach a 1,000 reps, I can only imagine the results, my flaccid length is also about 3/4 longer than my bpel, hopefully it fills out, then ill have reached my goal, but do you guys think its possible for me to reach 8x5.75? in say 2 or3 years?

    Adding 25 reps every session sounds good, I think I will try that. 2 or 3 years is defiantly possible, I want to reach mine in 2 years 4 months. What's your routine Miami?

    10minute warm up
    s2s stretches ; currently 200 reps (adding 25 reps each session)
    50 kegals 5 seconds each (will turn into towels raises after a month)
    edging 20 minutes( reaching ponr atleast 3x)
    10 minute warm down
    ]
    So far the less is more approach has worked very well for me and adding a steady amount of reps has also been proving success for me so far., just like in my previous routine, adding reps little by little.

    Looks good, At the moment my routine is=

    Side to Side= 100
    Rotating stretches= 10
    Uli's(30 Sec's)= 10-15

    10-15 Uli's might seem like a lot but I've been trying this for a few weeks to see If I can handle them or not without Negative PI's and alls well.

    Also, I like to think Porn detoxing is part of my routine now, 7 days in

    I think I made it three days once. I've noticed there's a inverse relationship between the amount of sex I'm getting and the amount of porn I watch.

    Well done, Are you getting better erections. I find that when I watch porn after a while my erections become weak but when I'm off it a while and use my imagination my erections are rock hard.
