Have started out doing them and still throw them in once in awhile. I do like them.

Yea a lot better! Fuck porn...lol, I think my eq is now an 8, before I was addicted to porn and while I usually lasted a decent amount of time during sex, it was with an eq of maybe 7 or 6, I believe my eq can get better, hopefully a 10 soon, I think that will also make me gain even more, my bpfl is about 3/4 longer than m bpel so once my eq is at it's fullest a believe I'll see major gains... Hopefully

I never heard of piss pulls. Have you noticed any gains from them?

Miamihurricane, a piss pull is another name for the JAI Stretch. I often do 20 before I pee. I'm just over a month into the JP90 and other than an improved EQ, I've notice my flacid has improved greatly, and my BPSFL has jumped almost an inch. No change in BPEL.
The piss pull (JAI Stretch) is done by gripping your penis with an OK grip behind the glands:
1. Gently stretch your penis and hold for two seconds.
2. While still holding the penis, release the stretch for two seconds.
3. Repeat steps two and three until you reach desired number of reps.Last edited by ed57; 08-04-2011 at 10:04 PM.

I do these side to side stretches bundled. 1 day on, 1 day off for 10 mins.

There we go, I have been doing alot of bundled stretches and I would like to add the side to side stretches back in and you just helped me figure out what I am going to do to get them back where they belong, in my routine again.
Miami, it is nice to see you doing well with the gains, I am a pumper but I tell you I dont think I would be doing as well as I have with aout a good strtching routine going.

I don't quite get the "grab pennis thumbs up..."
Is this an underhand grip (palm facing my chin, holding my dick like its a hod-dog in a bun) but mostly grabing he head?
Or is it like the OK grip on the pennis head, palm facing the floor?
And after pulling straightout, do you swing toward each thigh or each hip bone (thereabouts)? Is that the left & right stretch?
I'm 30 days into my 1st JP90 and this seems like a nice fit to complement all the Jelq/v-jelq's.
PS: I'm really into the flaccid gains so I hope this works for me like it has you.
