    A great exercise. I started a bit of the Non Jelq routine about a month ago but had a 3 week rests since. Been back on PE last week and started to mix side 2 side (s2s) stretches during the day. I usually sneak into the toilet cubicle and do 100 s2s after I Pee. I average around 500 reps from toilet breaks. Works well. Will keep every one posted after I see some result in 6 weeks time

    Big Al, is the stretch still effective if done while pulling straight out, or maybe just slightly down, then going side-to-side?

    You can alter the angles and experiment with them to see which gives you the best quality of stretch.

    For side to side stretches, does one pull all the way out in length while flaccid or would I just go side to side without pulling outward?

    Also, would one get a better stretch from going side to side by touching the back of the legs while bending over at the hip?

    You first set the vertical angle of stretch, then proceed from side to side continuously under tension until the exercise is done.

    The legs being in the way can be tricky, but if you get a wide enough stance and are comfortable stretching at a lower horizontal angle then the stretch would be more intense.

    Could I do the same exercise squatting down as well then doing the side to side by tapping the penis by the heels?
