when i do the pulling down tension then the side to side. do l still have to have tension pulling down and do my next rep or do i have to let my penis rest then perform the downward tension again for my next rep?

I do side to side. Great stretches.
I will do side to side and lower them down each 10 reps.

Hey! thought I would ask: is it essential to do these with your grip thumbs down? I find that to be very uncomfortable and insecure, not to mention that way i can't swing my stuff all the way next to the right leg (I'm starting out with the the right hand). If gripping with the thumbs down, I'm able to make full swings, feeling my skin and ligs getting stretched all nice.
I gotta switch hands every several dozen reps though, because either the grip starts slipping or my hand/arm starts getting sore.Last edited by Wang McDiddledong; 11-10-2017 at 08:25 AM.

Right or wrong I have always done all of my stretches with my thumb facing inwards towards my body grabbing just behind the glans. No injuries and I have gains.

Either grip is fine, as long as you retract any excess skin towards the base before setting your grip and you don't let your hand slide over your glans.
