  • Side to side stretches?

    Hey guys. I just recieved my new routine from big al and I wanted to know how many of you have tried this exercise and if so has it helped you?: The side to side stretch:

    Step 1


    Your penis should be flaccid for this exercise. In a standing position, grab your penis (thumbs up.)
    Step 2





    Pull it straight down (pointing it towards the floor.)
    Step 3





    With tension still on your penis, proceed to pull your penis to the left and then to the right. This counts as 1 rep. They're quick to do, and I recommend starting with at least 100 reps. You can eventually do up to 1,000 (very advanced), resting a bit after every 100 reps.

    My routine consist of 500 of them. Pretty quick exercise and they've worked damn well for me. It's a good exercise.

      Thanks for responding demone. Im starting later today with these exercises. I had an 11 day rest week so im eager to restart my pe. I know it says atleast 100reps. Do you think I should start with 300 if its comfortable for me? He told me to add 2% more reps on each session

        Big Al usually says to use the first day to test your limits by doing as many as you're comfortable with, then build from there in the following sessions.

          Hopefully I can do 300 and that'll be my limit. I want to reach 1,000. But I know it's not a race and I should just take it slow and I will. I just want to work my penis to the max without overtraining. Thanks for your help demone!

            I was doing them, I am not now but I liked them and I will be doing them again, I just like to switch up stretches to keep it from being so boring. I cycle someting in and out every few weeks but I did like the side to sides.

                    Man, these side to side stretches are amazing. Just completed my 1st week of these exercises and It feels great. My flaccid seems to hang lower as well. I started off with 125 reps and added 10 each session so I'm at 165 reps. I'll continue until I reach 500 reps. My new routine goes as followed:

                    10minute warm up
                    side to side stretches( currently 165 reps)
                    50 5 second kegals( as I further along I will transition this into towel raises)
                    20 minute edging
                    10 minute warm down

                    After taking off some time I feel like I made more gains and now with this length targeted routine I hope to see more length!!

                        The work great for base girth also.

                        For pure length the tension strech is the most efficent i have tried, I do both

                          Yea, honestly my dick feels huge!!!!!!!, Maybe it due to taking off a little more than a week off and coming back to these stretches are just perfect, or maybe its just my positive thinking, either way I'm looking pretty big right now. I woke up and my flaccid size seemed,like it was some1 elses . It was thicker and maybe half an inch longer than normal,not sure though, I don't really ever measure my flaccid length.

                            I'm going to add the tension stretch a little later, once Big Al recommends it. I'm only a little over two months in PE, so I don't want to start too fast. So far less is more has worked for me. But I'm eager to start the tension stretch, I've heard great things about that stretch too!

                              Wow, congratulations on your gains! I'll have to try these once I get past my JP90 routine. I'm just looking at your gains, Miamihurricane, and can't help but smile! Fantastic!
