Rice sock, warm towel, heating pad, hot shower or bath, etc. Same concept to warming up.

did you write well? cooldowns?? not warm down?? so cool water could be good for girth? I have a theory about this : maybe the waste matters inside the penis after a workout stay trapped into it when cool temperature is applied so there's no way to evacuate these substances and they make the penis to enlarge over time...

i dont tend to warm down at all really, i warm up with my tigerbalm and 100 jelques, do my hanging, applying more balm if needed to increse heat. also more light jelques and stretches between sets. once i finish my last set i do another 100 light jelques or some edging...then stop... im not sure if that really counts as a cool down but hey..

Actually, after reading these articles, I'm thinking that cooling down rather then heat may be something useful to try. I was under the impression (as many are) that heat after PE is the only way to go. But something about the first study caught my eye. It was done on rat tails, which although they are composed of tendon and not ligament, they are probably similar in reaction to penile ligaments in that they are under low strain during the vast majority of the time. It is also very rare to find research into these elements: strain, heat and permanent elongation. This is not a useful study for most researchers but is for any PEer.
I'm wondering what kind of cooling-down to experiment with. Would a sudden immersion in cool (or even cold) water work? I think I'm going to give this a try starting on my next session tomorrow, do it for about 3 months, and see what happens.
