    Yep, Jelqing gets to be such a habit, that we really forget what the intensity should be.
    Still easy to wind up with an injury even after all these years. Good to remind ourselvs from time to time. Although, giving out advice, pretty much keeps it in mind.

    Stretch slow and hold at the maximum length your penis can tolerate without pain and hold it for 30 - 60 seconds. Take the other hand form an OK grip place it in the middle of your stretched penis and lift it up from the middle while holding the stretch. Then pull the middle grip down a bit. Then pull it to the left then to the right.

    Try these:

    Useing your index and middle finger, make a < and grasp the base of the shaft. (Sideways) Pull out and stretch at the glans. Push the < back into the pubic bone and squeeze the < tight.
    When you are pushing back as far as you can and the shaft is stretched as far as it will go, take the hand holding the glans and pull (back toward the abdoman) up and over the index finger, using this finger as a fulcrum. Hold this stretch as long as you can. Then make a > with the other hand and repeat this exercise by pulling down and using the middle finger as a fulcrum. Do 5 reps in each direction, at 30 seconds each. You can roll your wrist to apply more tension to the fulcrum(s). If at any time you lose your grip at the glans, you can move your pulling hand down the shaft somewhat to get more of a grip, but always keep the <->'s squeezed tight and pressed back into the pubic bone.

    Now I'm really worried about jelqing too hard.

    I dont squeeze very hard. I squeeze just enough so that the head of the penis is filled with blood and it gets kind of hard. Not too hard, but the head is kinda stiff. I think its the right way to do it. I do my jelqs when my penis is soft..soft so that I cant have sex or masturbate for example. I guess thats 50% erection. When it gets stiff enough to masturbate, I wait till it gets softer.

    Also, should I kegel with an erection or flaccid? does it change anything?

    When you're erected a Kegel will push more blood into your penis. When you are flaccid, you are exercising the BC muscle. It doesn't, make much difference. You are exercising the BC, both ways.

    Could you please recommend how to jelq with an uncut penis? It seems that my foreskin tends to get in the way, and the hand-over-hand motion bars any possibility of my skin pulling back. So while I jelq, I'm stretching my foreskin from the base to Gumby lengths, and although I'm looking to gain a bit of size and focus on a heartier and meatier meat mallet, I do not want a mutated anteater curled up in my crotch. Any suggestions? Or do all of the hooded monks need to look for other methods?

    I am uncut and I leave my foreskin over my penis while I jelq...the idea is that you squeeze blood into the penis...

    You have to sacrifice one thing for another. Do you prefer a bigger, harder, thicker penis with lots of foreskin or do you prefer the penis you have right now with the foreskin you have...

    I prefer a bigger cock with more foreskin if that's the price
