I think this all depends on your job..
I've been doing manual work since May, and I'm ready to start using an extender. I have a private office, and could easily wear an extender in the afternoons after lunch from like 1 -5pm every day. I'm assuming that sitting at a desk wouldn't be a problem wearing one (I've never tried them)
But if you don't have a private office, or are always up and down (no pun intended) then I can see how it would be a challenge.

Tomorrow will begin my third week of using an extender starting out at 1 hour a day the first day, then I jumped to 3 hours a day the second day, then 4 and five and starting tomorrow I will stretch my penis under tension for 6 hours a day at 2 hours a session with a one hour break between sessions. After each session I stretch and traction wrap my flaccid penis to keep it from turtling and to promote healing during the night while I sleep.
Anyone know how much tension it takes to split a penis cell/cells ? The extender I use starts out at 900g and goes to 1500g but all that can change just by adding or removing a short bar or by where you position your penis on the strap tray when you spring load it into the device.Start Sept. 2011

Well, the original concept of this thread was hanging and then extending to keep the microscopic gaps open for new material to be filled in. Hanging can get very heavy, up to and probably beyond 20 lb/9 kg.
Extending by itself is different, and I don't know that much about it. There's a calculation I've seen that for the predicted growth rate when extending, and you simply multiply that by how long your under tension. There's probably more to it though.

Think about it this way.
1mm a week gain in length and 0.5mm a week gain in girth is all that is needed to gain 2 inches in length in a year and 1 inch in girth.
That's the thickness of a dime a week in length and half the thickness of a dime in girth a week.
Looking at it that way, I think it's totally possible and doesn't seem that daunting.
Seems like ADS is really one of the only ways to really make these kinds of gains.

Yeah I think that anything that keeps the penis in a larger state, as long as it's in the realm of safety, is beneficial.
No I haven't. I think the hanger aspect of it is the same as Vacuum hanging, and it can only go up to 8 pounds. There'd be pluses and minuses to it. I've recently put together a modified muzzle hanger, and have several options for ADS, so I'm approaching the same territory. I think The Grip system is about $180. The muzzle hanger cost me.. about $10 to make. I'm uploading some pictures of it soon.

Title: Splitting Cells for Permanent Growth
When a penis enlargement technique is applied the tissue in the penis are microscopically split. This will create space in between the microscopic tears, which will fill in with new tissue as long as the area inside the microscopic split is kept open for a sufficient amount of time. This means we must constantly apply a penis enlargement technique to keep the space open until new cells grow into this area. This process is the secret to adding permanent growth to the penis. The body’s natural regenerative process will heal these microscopic tears in about eight hours. For this reason it is imperative to maintain constant tension on the penis allowing room for new growth.
This idea that sustaining tension on tissue will cause tissue regrowth is known to be true about skin. We do not know this to be true about the collagenous tissues of the tunica albuginea and corpora cavernosa...again: unless somebody is hiding something from us? I'd love to see the research that has been done on this if it exists.Last edited by HotRod; 10-04-2011 at 08:20 PM.

I really think it's a good idea to track data from the big gainers in order to find out what works and what doesn't.
Maybe we should get a test group going on this?
