EFlynn told me about his penis enlargement surgery, and how he was prescribed "The Grip" system post op. It is basically hanging in the morning, and ADS through the day. They are big on the idea of keeping the penis in a stretched position after exercises and I'm thinking I should also take this more seriously. This would mean having to do exercises in the morning, or at least fowfers for a few hours if done before going to bed. There are several devices that could be used for ADS. I have a ball weight. There's the idea of a padlock weight. And wrapping could be used also, as well as the What-A-Grip. I have managed some gains without worrying too much about ADS, probably because I don't exercise with enough force to cause turtling, so I'm just naturally hanging fuller.

I think there's something to this. I think I'm going to change my philosophy a little myself
from intense/infrequent (3 times a week), to less intense/more frequent. I think I need
the more constant stretch will help me grow faster. I think I gained 1/2" BPEL in 4 months
or so. I think I need to get away from the thinking of building muscle intense workout/rest.
I just yesterday tried my ASL-40 extender (I may have misspelled the name)
for 1 hour am, and 1 hour pm (first time use). To me, its more like "how would I stretch
a tight hamstring muscle????" Would I stretch it agressively for a short period of time,
or do more gentler stretches more frequently??? The latter. Hope this approach works
even better for me.

I really believe in an ADS and If I wasn't such a coward I would wear it all day at work. Best ADS i ever wore was a combination of Monkey-bars vac and Moneys PE weights. I used Monkey bars red sleeve cut short with the x sleeve stealth cap, before I put it on I would put 4 PE weights on then when I attached the vac they would slide down and keep me extended.

I can ID with being a coward. Just started using it and I'm thinking, "how am I going to wear this at work"??
I could just see this happening.... finishing a little lecture.. "and this concludes our discussion of the
xyz circuit....... oops...... excuse me....(fumbling with my pants)..... I have to go to the restroom, my
penis extender just slipped off...... skurry, skurry".

The principle makes sense. However, be aware that this process would be equivalent to the hypertrophy in skeletal muscle when you workout. Real growth would be hyperplasia. That's what I'm researching.

My extender came loose and fell out my pants leg while trying to hurry across a crosswalk...with cars waiting and other people crossing.

Yep same concept as extending, that's why with extenders it's best to keep a nice stretch for a many hours a day as you can, instead of an intense stretch for less hours.
