    I more or less do a 1/4 of my stretches then jelq then I finish with my stretches. So I am just doing a light stretch before my jelqs.

    Only just started PE but I also stretch before and after jelqing, Applying the same logic that is used for sports.

    I stretch during the warm-up in the shower, jelq, stretch and then warm-down

    My early routine was totally different: I spent 15 minutes warming up until my cock was half erect, and ready for jelqing. I jelqed progressively for three months on a daily basis. At the beginning of my fourth month, I added the stretches to my jelqing session. At that point I was jelqing for 90 minutes. The half hour of stretching added to the 90 minutes of jelqing resulted in a two hour marathon session, which I continued daily. This lasted for the next two months during which I gained dramatically. Up until that point, I gained nothing other than a half inch improved EQ during the first two weeks. (I also began some marathon edging sessions (two to three hours) usually late at night. I did these two to three days in a row without ejaculating. I'm sure they also contributed to my rapid gains during months four and five).

    I wanted my cock "spent" from the marathon jelqing session before I started the stretches so that it would be as loose as a noodle--worked great for me.

    WOW 2 hours! Did you jelq for 90 minutes straight or do the stretches half way through?

    I do squeezes then stretch after, seems to work better for me. I think big al says that's whats best to do with his jelq free routine. So I suppose the same applies with jelqing.

    So I've been experimenting with stretching after jeqling/squeezes and all that. Usually after jelqing and squeezes my flaccid is in a slightly larger more plump or fluffy state than it usually is, but if I stretch again after doing my jeqling/squeezes my dick doesn't really go in to this state. It just goes back to a completely normal flaccid. What do you guys think is more beneficial or important, the stretching after jeqling and such, or having your flaccid in a slightly enlarged state for a bit after the workout?

    Nobody can really answer this with a fact ...but only opinion based on their experience and body clues. The best thing to do is try and do your routine both ways and see how you respond to it ...monitoring your PI's and measurements. If you find it hard to obtain a good erection level to do your girth work when doing your stretches first then it would be benefitial to perform girth before stretches. If this is not the case then it really doesn't matter.

    I jelqed for 90 minutes straight, then stretched for the final half hour.
    That's when my cock really started to grow--after about two weeks
    into this routine. It freaked me out!

    Alrighty then guys. I've decided I'll stretch after doing jelqing/girth work for 2-3 weeks and see if I feel or notice a difference at all. I do basic stretches, tunica tugs, jais, A's, and Vs for normal stretching, what do you guys believe the best post girth work stretches would be? The same as I already do, just a couple of them, or totally different stretches? After I know which stretches to do I'll try it out for 2-3 weeks like I said and report back in this thread. Who knows, maybe this could end up helping a lot of people gain.
