OK, here is a theory. While doing stretches, Can you get more of a stretch if you use a massager on your penis? Will the vibrations cause you to stretch more on a minute microscopic level?
And is it good to use a massager on the penis after a PE workout for recovery? It works on muscles, would it work on the penis?
