    Edging, Celery, Celery Seed, Lecithin, L-Arginine, L-Lysine, Zinc.

    Edging will increase cum load at the sacrifice of having to "save it up". Zinc will increase cum load, but it's risky to supplement. If you're already getting your RDA of Zinc, it's best to leave it alone.

    I've been having 17g daily of Celery Seed and my orgasms seem to be longer, though my semen is a lot more watery. I'd hopefully like to find a way to accurately measure my amount, maybe a measuring jug of some sort.

    Hoping to get some Sunflower Lecithin in soon to see if it thickens/increases my load, though I'm fairly certain it will based on the testimonies of the other people around this forum.

    What'd be nice if someone could test the effects of Celery, since that seems to be largely in debate; even the effects of Celery versus Celery Seed. I propose an experiment where the testee eats a bunch of Celery per day for a month, documenting semen amounts per masturbation, taking note of things that might effect the amount (shorter session, girlfriend demanding a bouncy castle ride, et cetera).

    But for now, what are your experiences surrounding supplementation for splatterization?

    I just ordered some celery seed yesterday, was buying /researching black seed and found benefits of celery seed hope i get good results.

    I take 1000 mg. per day of tribulus terrestris and it makes my cum very thick. Extra volume would be nice, but would like to hear what other supplements will thin it back out as well

    I take 50-100mg of zinc supplements a day, 1000mg of fish oils...
    I try to edge, but it's hard for me. I have a scale I used to use when I used to deal ... I can use that and a shot glass to measure it. I can see myself forgetting about this if you don't nag at me

    50-100 mg of zinc a day?? the RDA is 15mg...

    Maca is the obvious (simple) one, I'd say I get about a 50% boost.

    Celery I haven't really noticed when I've tried, but I've heard you need huge amounts.

    Hydration, edging and maca do a fair bit.

    Lecithin thickens the loads if you care about that.

    Says that long term over-intake can lead to some health problems.
    Huh... Didn't know about that. Glad I posted in this thread.

    Each pill I take is 50mg. Sometimes i take one in the morning and one before bed. I'm going to start breaking them into halves or quarters from now on...

    I have been using maca root powder for just over a week now, takes 2-4 weeks to kick in though so I don't know if it works yet, I am taking it for increased dopamine and testosterone production, not for increasing quantity of semen

    @ Toadstool, I take 20mg a day and don't take any supplements on sunday in order to avoid excess (ginkgo, ginseng, maca, multivitamin, zinc).

    Taking quarters or halves once a day would be good =)

    So to sum up all listed below should have you feeling like a very horny teenager!!!!....
    -Edging
    -Celery & Celery seed
    -Tribulus terrestris
    -Lepidium meyenii aka Maca
    -Lecithin
    -L-Arginine
    - L-Lysine
    -Zinc – people do not take more than 50mg of supplemented zinc per day. I recommend 5days on and 3days off.

    Also Pumpkin seeds, Bananas, Almonds, Avocado, Cardamom goes good with Maca. Uhh personally alot of water and quality night sleep.
    All I take is; B-complex, zinc and Centrum silver and after 3 days of taking it i can see the difference, im presently only taking 500mg X 2 Vitamin C.....i give the supplements a rest sometimes. So now i know about the others above i will try them and see if i see any difference.

    Can someone explain how edging would increase cum loads? Edging is when you reach the PONR and you stop, do a kegel to hold it and restart, no?
    I thought doing kegels and reverse kegels helped increase "load size"?
