I stretch everyday. Sometimes I do my full stretch routine and sometimes a mild stretch routine and focus more on jelqing.

It occurs to me that constant stimuli yields the fastest/most dependable results. Like the tribes who stretch their ear lobes or put plates in their lips or even the ladies who put rings around their necks to stretch them out. They apply constant pressure via devices, they don't put in their lip or ear lobe plates for a couple hours every other day then take them out for a day of rest, it is constant continual pressure. So it would seem from this vantage point, the more stimulis provided the more the body will be forced to grow/adapt. Now obviously is must be done incrementally, if you apply too much stimulis or pressure you get tissure tearing or ripping rather than new cell growth. So I think streching everyday would be good, but not to much so as to impede progress from to much distress.
