At what age does the penis stop growing naturally?

i have always been a late bloomer i was the last to grow height, facial hair, and over all the last to become a man with people my age. i am nearly 30 and only just a few years ago did Mr. Squirty started grow but i tell you it was a hell of a growth spurt. bigger erections, huger loads i have to wear a face shield, 30 to 40 sec orgasms, seriously so strong that involuntary tears would well up. i seriously have to take a small break right in the middle of my orgasms because they are so long. i guess all of this was deffinatley worth the wait. for years i was 5 1/2inches but once i hit 27ish i grew to 8 3/4. and it throbs all the time too

I got information of PE when I was 17(2002), at that time 5" of BPEL& 4 3/4" of EG. Gaining some natural growth, I started PE in 18 yrs(2003) BPEL 5 1/2" EG 5", gradually enlarged of both BPEL & EG, Finally BPEL 6.8", EG 5 1/2" on 2010

So that is, until 18 yrs I got only natural gaining, and more 1 inch in length for next 7 years.
I wasn't good disciplined but surely my gain was of exercising PE.

and I also insist the best time for PE is one's puberty (if you know this and can do!) because one's body is ready to grow up.
