    Just a question for the many green tea experts. My understanding was green tea triggered a testosterone increase (and I imagine the DHT increase is caused the same way), by reducing the amount of cortisol within the body. Correct me if I am wrong, just thought it would be a worthwhile note for anyone with potentially naturally low testosterone production that they should still see a doctor, as my understanding is green tea maximises the testosterone levels (another awesome thing, don't get me wrong here) rather than simply creating more testosterone. Also the vascodilation effects are probably what triggers the morning wood everyone claims to experience from drinking it. In regards to weight loss, I'm guessing its the combination of caffeine and lowered cortisol?

    Not really a question here, just trying to clarify exactly how green tea produces the effects it does in regards to both PE and health and fitness.

    wouldn't DHT mostly help with Girth as it promotes growth with smooth muscle cells (correct me if im wrong)

    ECCG a polyphenol in gree tea is what helps with fat loss. If you suspect you have low test levels i encourage you to got to the doctor and get tested.

    Hello all, I am new to this board and would like to direct a question and this post to kingpole and any other knowledgable experiences members of this thread.

    First off a brief intro and history of life in P.E. - I am 24 years old, 5'10", 160 lbs. Currently I am nearly 8" erect in length and nearly 6" erect in girth at my thickest point. I started taking penis enlargement supplements/pills when I was 17. I have probably tried every major Penis Enlargement Pill on the market. I stopped around 21 when I realized that all they did was boost erections and not actually enlarge. After that I started pumping with a Dr. Kaplan electric pump and jelqing and stretching for a year or two. Then I started reading about Chemical P.E. and the use of and HGH such as IGF-LR3 to inject into the penis after a P.E. workout such as a jelqing session, to promote growth. So with the help of counsel from a Doctor friend of mine I began the Chemical P.E. approach for about 4 months. If I saw any gains from that it was in girth and it wasn't much. There were two problems with this approach. One, being the IGF-LR3 I had may not have been the real thing as I later found out after I was done with the program and two, I began to research and discovered the thought process used in this thread about increasing the androgen receptors in the penis. I truly believe that is the secret. Now I'll never go back to injecting anything into my penis again simply because it is a pain in the ass. But as I have briefly read through on this thread the other natural ways to go about this method.

    So as I have said. I have briefly read through this thread, but if it would be possible for someone like kingpole or anyone else is knowledgable or experienced with this method to either repond to this post or Private Message me about a possible routine/plan to follow this method and any list of supplements I may need. It would be greatly appreciated. I read something about Billberry Extract. Plus the inclusion of Green Tea, which I already drink alot of anyway. I would like to mention that I have 4 tubes of Andractim. I have used Andractim in the past but never like I probably should have, on a consistent cycle. I do believe in in especially if this androgen receptors can be increased. So as I stated above if kingpole or any other contributors to this thread can respond or Private Message me about my questions and requests I would appreciate it greatly.

    Hello kingpole,

    I must tell you I am disappointed with your response. I have been a part of P.E. boards for along time now and never have I personally or had anyone question what my reasons for enlargement are despite my size. Yes I realize I am larger than average but it is my choice to be larger just as it is any man's choice.

    I really hoped you could be of some help to me in coming up with a plans of supplements to use and a routine to try out.

    Thank you for your reccomendation of Passion Flower. I did a little research and found that it is useful for upset stomach and insomnia. No where did I find about preventing testosterone from converting to estrogen. Can you help me with this? Also about the Billberry extract, I read it helps with improving eyesight and for night time driving. What would the uses of this as it pertains to Penis Enlargement be? And also in what form would you reccomend these supplements? In pills, and how much of a doseage in milligrams?

    I know you said you don't know much about Andractim. It is probably the most potent DHT cream you can buy. What in your opinion would be a good way to use this in relationship with the rest of the supplements and workout routine?

    I understand the whole idea is the edge/balloon and stay erect for nearly and hour to engorge your penis is DHT enriched blood is that correct? So what would be the best order to do things in a daily routine? For example take the supplements and apply the Andractim and then clamp/jelq and stay erect for upto an hour. Or what order of events do you think would be more helpful. Also how much Green Tea a day do you reccomend? I already drink at least 1 cup a day.

    Kingpole, I realize I have asked alot of questions and truly appreciate you going over everything when you have time and writing back to me with your thoughts. Thank you very much again..

    Just found this thread! Great read....I think this DHT thing might explain why my gains have come quickly. For the last six months I have been taking vitamins religiously. What do you think of the vitamins listed below? What should I add. Thanks kingpole!
