    Exactly what BTBrian said. I'm not suggesting that we stick to the same routine; I'm suggesting that we find the optimum performance of a routine given that all necessary independent variables are controlled for. Then, we can implement a different routine, control all necessary independent variables and find the optimum performance of THAT routine.

    Of course, this IS a lot of work, given the sheer number of independent variables we need to control for (both participant and situational).

    One thing I neglected was that the boundary ">12 months" is too large; this may be the cause of the bimodal distribution. I will make a new poll for this to determine whether this is the case.

    Still, I believe identifying almost all possible independent variables will be beneficial for future experiments.

    I read a lot of these posts and although i agree that there is deviation that some people might grow little bit faster then others, i laugh at alot of these comments. I am not here to offend anyone but i am just going to be straight up with all of you right now. I see a lot of people literally getting mad at their penises, yes i said it, getting mad at them for not growing. Come onn are you serious??? People are acting like their penises are human beings that have personalities and emotions. People are crying and complaining that their penis wont grow blah blah.

    I guarantee if i could be inside of your body and if i just did the basic PE 90 program, i could get good results for you. People need to stop treating their penises like they are people. As soon as you start treating your penis as bunch of tissue,that WILL grow, NO MATTER WHAT, if you put it under the right amount of stress, is when you will start growing.

    Dont think you are going to grow by just going through the motions of PE. Even though your body is a adaptive machine that adapts to almost anything and everything. You have to realize that our bodies likes to be in balance and it opposes investing energy and nutrients into growth of new tissue, so your penis tissue will become thicker and stronger so next time you try to damage it, you wont succeed, hence you stay the same size.

    For some reason people think that you have to play mind games with your penis, that you have to be one step ahead and trick it into growing? What the hell does that even mean, i probably sound dumb as hell right now to everyone that is reading my post, but that is what is going thru alot of ppls heads.

    Here is some extremely SIMPLE LOGIC that a lot of people over look when it comes to PE.

    Lets say during your V stretches and A stretches, the first two months you were putting, oh i dont know ill just say pounds of force, 4 pounds of force on it. The first month and a half you get great results. After that you notice you are not making any more gains and you say to yourself, oh gee, i should probably do more sets. And yes, you might get some more growth but eventually you can add in as many sets as you want, 100 sets, you are not gonna make any more gains. Your penis will just get stronger and you wont be able to damage it because you are using the same amount of force on it. You have to stop yourself right there and think to yourself, the reason my penis is not growing is not because it is stubborn or because i have crappy genetics or insert (excuse here). But because i am not treating my penis as a combination of tissue that WILL WILL WILL WILL WILL WILL WILL, grow IF the INTENSITY is great enough to offset the balance of my penis towards growth....

    So what do you do, YOU ADAPT TO THE situation just like your PENIS ADAPTED TO IT. You increase the intensity from 4 lbs of force to 8 lbs, keep the same sets, if that doesnt work, go for 12 and so on. Eventually you are going to get at a point where you are using extraordinary amount of intensity that is inhumane, that would rip a regular penis off, but that is the name of the game. You have to ADAPT to your penis as it ADAPTS to you.

    So lets say i switched souls with one of the people on this forum and they could not make any gains and my goal was to get them to gain x amount of length and girth in 3 months. Here is what i would do
    1. First i would say to myself: I am in a human body. Human body is the most adaptive machine in existence. The penis is part of the human body. Hence penis is part of that adaptive machine.
    2. The penis does not have a brain however and although is an extraordinary marvel when it comes to adapting, it is extremely simple. STRESS=GROWTH. Growth comes from stress.
    3. I will isolate the penis and look at it as tissue that MUST and WILL grow, NO IF's, AND'S OR BUTS. The penis will obey me because it has NO OTHER CHOICE.. It MUST GROW because its a machine....An ADAPTIVE machine that has no other choice, so if i bring my A game and bring the intensity, it will do its job.

    Many people will think i am crazy but i really get frustrated reading these posts when the sole reason that the penis is not growing is because of the person doing things wrong. The penis will always adapt and do its part of the job, but the question is, are you doing yours?

    @Coffee: What you mentioned is how to manipulate one's technique (independent variable) to get results one wants (dependent variable), which I don't disagree with at all. In fact, there's a name for the methodology of "adapting to your penis as it adapts to you." It's called progressive overload, a well known (I believe) method used in strength training: Progressive overload - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

    coffee is wrong ,i pull hard if not harder than anybody and extend 4 to 6 hours aday .gains are minimal ...every bodys different i got tough ligs..im been hanging 8 pounds july 1 i will be hanging 10 pounds.doing only one set of hanging currently..after i hit 1100 hours in extender im a hanger no way will my weener stay the same with 15 pounds and 2 hours a day of hanging

    1. Thick starting girth <-------------------bout 99% sure on this

    2. 3 layered tunica

    3. hard flaccid

    4. hormonal

    Could be, but i still think theres always a way. Problem is finding out. Like me, I couldn't gain much of anything, especially girth, untill I got rid of the hard-flaccid shit. Now I gain length a little bit better too, but still pretty slow.

    I think tunica layers, which comes down to genetics, plays a very significant role in the amount of effort required, and the rate of growth.

    How about physiological differences. Some of us are just fucked in this regard and no matter what the technique good gains are just an impossibility.
