i just started doing the 90 day beginners workout. i have been doing 2 on 1 off and it seems to be working pretty well. i have known about the exercises for along long time well most of them but never really committed. i have been doing jelqing on off for over 3 years now..and i wish i measured back then because i am at 6 1/4 inches around. and i gotta tell you i still dont feel that girthy. maybe i just have big hands. maybe thats what makes it seem small.

Maybe there is some measurement error. How do you measure? Using a string can give higher results. I use a tailor's tape, and I hear dental floss is accurate also.

Agree completely. Tailor's tape tells the truth, unfortunately.
