Dude, I'm really happy for you...not because you have a bigger dick but because you feel supremely confident now. You can walk around knowing you have a gigantic penis between your legs. Even if the girth "decreases" a bit...that might not be such a bad thing. Anyway, what are you considering for length? I'm not recommending more surgery but you should ask your doctor if he knows any reputable procedures that you could look into further.

Good for you Irishfan. While surgery might not be the best option for everyone, its probably nice for some people that feel they have no further options (believe it or not, I have heard of some unlucky souls where PE just wasn't effective for them).

Please keep us updated on how/if this effects the ability to gain length in the future

for length I am just going to continue extending and hanging. I won't be able to hang for a few months though. I am happy enough with the 6 inches of length that I wouldn't consider surgery. I am sure if I am consistent I will gain another inch over five years or so.

Three days post opp and feel great no bruising or swelling. I am 5.5 behind gland 5.75 ms and 6.2 eg base

Irish,am I correct that you have had three procedures now? Is there any problem with 3procedures in such ashort time?

In total I have had four procedures. The firs to by Dr. Loria in Fl that was a scam and didn't work. But I had no damage. The last two were from Dr. Casavadas tj. Pmma it's the real deal. No problems at all.

Its funny on how at first it looked so huge and now it's starting to look smaller, even though the measurements show it's still big. I am sitting around 5.5 flacid girth. One more in six months and I should be around 6.5 eg
