It just feels bigger, getting erections have not changed. I have not found any cons yet, I am 100% happy with it so far

how does the procedure work? is there a link you can show me? does the cc or cs expand? or do they simply add silicone around the cc/cs?

It's just injected under the skin and moved into place. No link that I know of. I do not believe the cc expands. Sorry I am not much help. If you go to phalloboards they have much more info

It will be interesting to see how you go with a return to hanging, given that most hangers require significant pressure to properly grab the internals of the shaft. Could that displace the silicone?

I did hang after round one about a week before round two. No problems but it was a little uncomfortable. I don't think it will displace anything. On the other fourm many of the members hang after pmma
