Well I'm sure a lot of you have been here and I need some help. Motivation isn't a problem, but I feel as if I'm in a bit of a rut. I'll explain....
I started back in late January doing PESG's routine and things went well. Well I think they did lol! I'm pretty certain I gained a little bit, but what I did notice was that my EQ had improved and that I felt a lot fuller!
I was also taking Tongkat Ali back then whereas now I'm using Tribulas (just thought I'd give it a go). The Tongkat definately worked for me. I was mega horny, had bigger loads and felt very good about myself. Whether it helped my PE is another question though.
Anyway, the last few weeks I've sort of slacked off a bit. It's not that I'm not motivated, but I just do not seem to be seeing results. I know PE takes a long time and I know that I'm probably not going to see any results for a long time, but I'm sort of wondering if the work I'm currently doing is working. Because I'm not seeing any negative nor positive PI's, I'm assuming what I'm doing isn't right. Having said that, because I've slacked off a bit, this would not have helped.
My current routine is to do the following:
- 10 minute warm up with a rice sock.
- 2 x 5 way stretches at 30 second holds.
- 200 wet jelqs, 3-5 second reps (one hand counting as a rep).
- Every day I do my kegals and light piss-pulls.
This routine is done on a rotating basis - 2 days on / 1 day off, then 1 day on and 1 day off, back to 2 days on and 1 day off and so on.
Now on the jelqs, I mix this up a bit. I might do 50 standard OK jelqs, leaving one hand behind my glans before I start the next rep. Then I might do 50 Overhand grip jelqs, then 50 jelqs with my Jelq Device. It just depends on how I'm feeling.
I like the variety and using the Jelq Device or doing overhand grip jelqs seems to hit my dick a bit harder. Basically when I stop, the end of my dick is red where I've forced the blood to it (not in a bad way, just nicely flushed). When I do the standard grip jelqs, I don't get so much of this.
Afterwards I'll normally work up to 100% erection levels, might do two Uli's (but that's quite rare). By this stage my dick is solid and the veins are very pronounced. It looks really heathly and big! However I'm not really gaining much in size.
I have three main problems which are:
1. When I jelq, my dick I would say is probably at around 50-60% erect. I know that you're meant to jelq at 20-40% but when I start jelqing and my dick fills with blood, it just gets to 50% levels and seems to stay there. I'm not turn on by jelqing, it just seems to be that my dick holds the blood for a long time. What happens is that I try and let it go down, but it doesn't for quite a while and when it does, my dick is cold, so I feel as if I have to warm up again. Is jelqing at 50% levels really that bad?
2. I have quite a bit of natural girth. At the base I'm 6 inches, my mid shaft is 5.5 inches and just behind my glans I'm 5.25 inches. I've heard that larger girth can hinder length gains. Perhaps this combined with jelqing at higher levels is my problem? What do you think?
3. My final problem is measuring. Because my dick has a natural upwards curve at 100% levels, I can't get the ruler fat against my dick when I measure BPEL. Therefore I'm probably losing about 0.2 of a inches when I measure. Is there another way of measuring? I have a material tape measure that I use to measure my girth and wondered if this would be an accurate way to measure my length as well?
Anyway, I'd appreciate any words of advice. I love my jelqing and will continue, but I don't know if I'm on the right track or not.
