    The men who gain girth from hanging which is mainly as the base if from the inner penis coming more visible due to the ligaments more extended out which is what hanging targets. For good girth gains, it takes a good girth routine.

    This may explain why I seem to have made some small girth gains, but haven't gone anywhere with length yet. Will be replacing my basic stretches, helicopters, and tunica tugs with JAI stretches for a while and see how it goes.

    I also are starting to see some girth gains from hanging and recovery jelqing after.

    My theory is that

    More blood in penis=more girth favored excersise

    Less blood in penis= more length favored excercise.

    Although people with curves can do erect bends to straighten the penis and therefore a longer appearing/measuring penis due to equal length of ligs and tissue. This is the connected to the
    "loss of tug theory"

    When the penis is equal length all around, when doing exercises all penis tissues and ligs are getting equal force put on them therefore overall more efficient, faster growth.

    This is also connected to stretching exercises. I haven't tried this yet but I have a theoretical efficient advanced length workout.

    Ice the penis!! Because we want as less blood in the penis as possible. Then Do ur preferred advanced stretches, mine is the Mandingo stretch, another one where I take my penis and try to stretch it pass my belly button. (Works as a great measure for length gains too)

    the reverse mandingo aka (the wrist watch) and the "pot stirring tug" where I take the head of my penis between my palm and fingers, strech my penis then I pretend I'm roughly stirring a pot.

    Now go take the hottest shower u can stand and repeat the advanced stretches.

    Tip: if u get erect during any of the exercises switch to erect penis straightening bends until u get flaccid again.

    I do This workout almost every day for the past 1 1/2-2 months (no ice) and my penis has had a Non stop mild soreness to it, and I can tell I've grown because my penis easily streches past my belly button compared to how it was prior to this custom work out.

    No, blood in the penis will not affect tunica albuginea elasticity in a negative way. In fact, the more blood you have in your penis, the THINNER the tunica will be, making it more succeptable to stretching. We DO NOT WANT OUR TISSUES TO BE COLD when stretching. Heat reduces tensile strength and increases elasticity, this is what we want. Do not "ice the penis" prior to stretching.

    When we are done stretching, it would be optimum to let the tissues cool to room temperature while keeping the stretch constant.

    Also, LOT theory has been largely debunked and there is only a MAXIMUM of around 0.5" to be gained from the ligs in a best case scenario. This is due to load-relaxation of the ligaments and not due to plastic deformation or moving of the attachment point. It would be near-impossible and very dangerous to attempt to plastically deform the ligaments. The stress-strain curve of ligaments (and collagen in general) leaves a very small space between plastic deformation and absolute failure. Trying to find the middle ground of these two points would be suicidal and would take an insane amount of force to achieve.




    Update: Honestly I'm still debating whether or not plastic deformation of ligs/tunica is possible. Creep plays a big role in this whole thing. If you hang a weight from some material, even if the weight is below the material's tensile strength, given enough time the material WILL deform. Plastic deformation and failure of ligaments happens all the time in the real world. The main question is can we accurately strike a balance between plastic deformation and failure? We have no scientific measuring tools, just our hands (for most) or devices (which don't give us any information on how close we are to the elastic limit).

    Yikes...sounds scary when you talk about the ligament that way!

    So about this theory of slow, light stretching to prevent the tugback reflex.....is it legitimate??

    i quote this thread because everytime after manual intense stretch i notice a bigger girth
    insted after low intense and long time extended , with vlc i find more lenght

    Well i couldnt say this theory applied to my experience. I have been streching religiously and gaining length like crazy... when i want to go to girth after i reach 8 bpel i will
