If through PE you are exercising the smooth muscle then isn't it natural for it become harder? Just like any other muscle you workout.
For example after a session in the gym, your biceps feel a lot tighter and harder, so does the same thing happen after a PE session? Which would result in a hard flaccid penis.
Also how do you contract/relax the smooth muscle?

When I get a hard flaccid I don't neccesarilly think it is a bad thing because it goes soft again in a day or so and usually looks a little fatter. So I would agree good theory!

Agreed, I have realized that the day after a smooth muscle workout is when my flaccid is at it's largest. It feels wonderful.

Oh and I think the best thing for your muscles to contract and relax is time (after a good nights sleep my flaccid is always significantly softer and much more plump). Also heat wraps.

An erection occurs when penile smooth muscle relaxes. The goal of PE is to stretch the tunicae and ligaments. That allows the spongy bodies (corpora) to expand further when you get erections.

So if girth exercises (jelq) are exercising the smooth muscle, then would a hard flaccid penis come from the fact that the tunica isn't being exercised at the same rate?
Basically the smooth muscle is growing/strengthening faster than the tunica, therefore it's pushing against the tunica resulting in a hard flaccid.Starting (21.03.09): 5.3" x 4.3"
Currently: 6.0" x 4.3"
Goal: 7.0" x 5.5"
