Well, they numbed me first. Then took a needle and made a small hole on the right and left side at the base. Then put a tube in that was rounded at the end. Then they started puting the material in and moved it around where they wanted it. I was watching. I didn't feel a thing. You could just see it getting bigger. I can't call it sergury, when Dr. L did it I had some discomfort for a few days, not pain. With this I can't feel anything. If I touch the injection spots I feel it a little.

Girth is usually the thing that gets the thickest.
I have only been on the injections for 3 weeks so I can't give you much advice from experience, but I do know the results are permanent and it is affordable.
Here are some resources. I would not bother with the procedure you are doing right now. It is not permanent and much more dangerous. Not to mention expensive. I would try the procedure you are doing now as a last ditch effort after trying all other alternatives.

What I can tell you from my limited experience is that my girth is noticably larger, my flaccid size stays engorged for longer, my natural erections are much, much harder and thicker. Way better EQ. I would look into it and stop spending money on the silicone procedure. Ask your current doctor who is doing the silicon procedure about PGE1 injections. He may downplay them because they are not nearly as expensive. You can always find the stuff online and order it. It is recommended that you buy the powder and mix it yourself with BA water so you know you are getting purity.
You can even pay to speak to Ronielle (second link, inventor of divocup and divosuit, gained 1.5"x2" in size from PGE1 injections + chemical PE) and he will tell you everything you need to know about getting it and using it.

Irish, yes. You pretty much answered my question, thanks. I hope you have better success with this new procedure. Sounds like it is possibly better than the first surgery.
