It feels great, sex feels much better for both of us. The wife likes it, I think she will like it better after next treatment. I agree on the gland but they don't do that yet. For now I will have to work on that manual

Uli and kegel while holding the Uli has always given me great head expansion, you can literally see the mushroom growing and filling up with each kegel. Loosen your hold on the base just as you kegel to allow the blood to enter and then squeeze to trap it there.

I find that the head tends to look big and stick out on smaller penises with a thin shaft so i think your dr got the aesthetics right. I have read alot about PMMA since i saw your thread and it can be done in Europe too, I would love to get it done but I am being a chicken mainly cause I couldnt find any account of someone who has had it for over 2-3 years.
