Yep, by the way there is a reason I decided to use OXA in particular: it has a lot of studies documenting it´s effectiveness at treating patients needing rapid increases in collagen synthesis to enhance healing. So I guess it could have a good potential in our PE exercises at least in the recovery phase of it.
But if the people it´s uncomfortable talking about roids I´ll just stop writing about it

Interesting thread and proposed theory. I have been experimenting with clamped edging (produces 110% engorgement), which I believe holds some promise and could produce girth gains when matched with the right exercises.

Excellent thread.
I agree with much of the theory regarding erection level and arousal level being a primary factor in penile development and health.
I am currently use dianabol in my enlargement work. The blue balls dianabol is giving is insane. Orgasm intensity/shooting force and volume has increased dramatically. My penis is looking heavier and more defined with more prominent vascularity.
I would love to work with a hypnotherapist and a NLP practioner in my size quest. I may start shopping around for one that may be open enough to help me on a professional level...(it'll have to be a woman though)
I feel that the dianabol is definaltly increasing my sexual arousal levels and erection quality. With aching blue balls, an extended masturbation session is becoming a whole new experience. Jack: awesome thread, man! Can you elaborate on the mental erection/meditation approaches you've taken? I'm actually getting into meditation/relaxation myself right now, and so this is something I'd love to explore.
phallic1: funny you should mention NLP. I was recently wondering how easy it would be to anchor the initial rush that eventually generates an erection, and fire it off anytime you're starting to lose erection, so that you can maintain it longer for sex. I'm going to start experimenting with as well at some point, so if you have any insights on it, do let me know!

I have a bunch of Clomid in my freezer to use for a limited pct. I will also add in some Sopharma trib and a few other tricks when I lay off the dbol. I'm only using 30mg of dbol per day divided into 4 doses. Nothing after about 8:00 PM. I've read that at 100mg/day of dbol your body will still produce about 40% of it's natural testosterone.
So far, I've had zero negative physical side effects ( mental is a different story) and I'm on my 4th week. My diet is super clean. I'm a very easy gainer when it comes to bodybuilding, blessed with great genetics for esthetics and gains but was never a strong guy. My bodyweight jumped from 176 to 193 in less than three weeks without any ugly bloating. Lots of comments and stares from people, even a few women coming up to touch my arms. But the main reason I'm trying the dbol is for my penis. Even though dianabol does'nt ellicite it's effects through the androgen receptors as strongly as a test ester, it is still one of the most powerful anabolics there is. Increasing protein in the diet is very important with dianabol.
The amazing thing with dianabol is if I'm around a woman, my balls start to ache so bad that I have to bend over in pain. My balls damn near double in size. It feels like I have a cue ball shoved up my ass (prostate engorgement under sexual arousal). Penis sensitivity has increased as well. My semen volume and shooting force is insane.
Considering that test cypionate (or enenthate) is given a rating of 100 for both anabolic and androgenic effect, I think I will try a low dose combo with dbol in the near future as long as I can get a good pct connection.

The basis for this theory is the recurring theme in most success stories; maximum time with lower forces/pressures. Pretty much everything I have read involving stretching emphasizes this protocol. Too much force and the body goes into protect mode. Lighter forces over longer periods of time are much more effective.
Think of it this way; the body is designed with a structural return to zero (homeostasis.) Stretch your skin out and it snaps back. Break a bone and it grows back. In order to permanently deform a body part you must overcome/override this tendency. And, logically this takes large periods of time under stress to do so.
This leads me to something I have never voiced or posted about but have wondered on many occasions. I have often contemplated whether maximum results are reached when tissue spends more time under stress than not. For instance in a 24 hour period you would be under stress 13 hours vs 11 not. This would no doubt be a challenge due to comfort issues. Just an idea, don't know whether it has any validity or not.May 2006: 5.75" X 4.5" - Now: 7.44" X 4.875"

I don't agree with the methods described in this thread but that doesn't mean they can't be used for some form of PE. Seems to me they are trying to force a medically induced erection at high levels to engorge the penis above normal limits for an extended period of time. Correct me if I am wrong but that is called a priapism which if I understand correctly can damage blood vessels and cause a permanent form of ED. Also trying to increase this EP manually can also have severe side effects especially in the hands of beginners, lower EQ is one of them which contradicts what they are trying to achieve.
Increasing EP by edging and ballooning exercises has help many men maintain their gains with little or no side effects. When you throw in clamping and other high intensity exercises you will need to pay close attention to what you are doing, over doing these engorgment exercises will result in lower EQ. This guy is talking about clamping for 45 minutes, something doesn't add up here to me. There has to be a balance of exercises to have a complete unit not just how hard you can squeeze and pull on it for hours on end. I myself will not try any of this to the extent that they talk about simply because I have a perfectly well functioning unit and will not risk turning it into a useless noodle.
I do agree with Iguana about the time under stress but the stress doesn't need to be great it just needs to be applied for a long time period. But other conditions must exist before this can even have an effect on tissues or they will return back to their original state. This main point we drive home to all that are on here everyday is the most important, heat. Heat is the one thing that can over ride the bodys tendancy to resort back to it's original form. Heat is used everyday to form and manipulate some of the strongest materials in the world, why should your unit be any different. These are just my opinions from what I have learned through my experiences and are to be interpreted just as that.
