    Firstly I have to say I regard ballooning as a crude form of edging. Easy to overdo?? Well you do have to condition yourself I suppose but I would have to say overall edging is one of the best tolerated pe methods ,depending on which form you use of course.

    You seem to regard ejaculation as evil or something ,as stated previous this appears to be a head issue.

    Vague assertions of vast knowledge are unconvincing.

    I recently started massaging most nights to try and break down the collagen scarring from a mild case of peyronie's, I had noticed that almost immediately it hung a little lower and fuller all day every day, I had 2 days off and it seemed to reduce back to the old size ... this post really does seem logical and definitely something that seems backed up from my brief experiences. I like understanding some of the science theories behind this and will continue on with it. Nice work kidd

    I'll give SIX reasons as to why I think your method, penis yoga, is totally bogus.

    1. No gains.
    You have no proof that your method even works, and a better hanging flaccid doesn't count when you're proposing a method of TRUE penis enlargement. Granted, this might change in the future, but after claiming to have spent 5+ years researching this, I'm shocked that you have NEVER used the information to try and make any gains, if such gains can even be made.

    2. Your egotistical statement:
    I am a sophomore in college, but have a graduates to masters level understanding of the body.
    Who are you to claim that and why do you feel that way? Did you take some kind of test which compared your knowledge with the knowledge of graduates (including your teachers)? I obviously have no clue how much experience you truly have, but it seems a bit arrogant to claim to have master's level understanding as a sophomore. FYI I am a college senior graduating this semester, and it would be ridiculous for me to claim to have an equal/greater understanding of my field than my professors (the competent ones).

    3. Obsession with testosterone levels. There is no correlation between increasing testosterone and penis growth. Testosterone has nothing to do with collagen and elasticity. Disregarding erectile dysfunction, it won't affect gains. There have been multiple threads on multiple forums regarding this issue.

    4. NO MASTURBATION. You do realize this also means NO SEX, right? This would be a great routine for monks, bishops, popes, etc (if it actually works).

    5. Your paragraph concerning elastin makes absolutely no sense. Where are the sources which back up your claim of increasing elastin content. Specifically:
    By applying yoga techniques to the penis it can cause the appropriate reactionary response. Increased flexibility-therefore-elasticity. When gently stretched, just as in yoga, the body begins to metabolize collagen and replace it with Elastin.
    Is there a source for that information, or did you pull it out of thin air? I don't mean whether or not elastin increases in muscles when people get massages, I mean SPECIFICALLY in the penis.

    6. Multiple links to products. Yeah....

    You can't waltz in here claiming to have made a "discovery" and urging everyone to follow PENIS YOGA when the posts you make supporting it are so underwhelming. You don't even have any gains to prove it! I must reiterate that you claim to have been researching this for 5+ years yet NEVER, NOT ONCE attempted to use the knowledge to make gains.

    No, it's not, although I hope to be proven wrong. Maybe you truly have spent hard work thinking about this sort of stuff, but you have not presented any information in any way that seems legitimate.     I'm not convinced.

    Minus the massage, I'm just not sure how your routine differs in any way from what people already do.
    Stretches (length work) and ULIs (girth work)
    The only difference is you removed the warm up/down and replaced it with a light massage.

    I still think this is worthy of some consideration, I'm by no means an expert on physiology, however massage is a very useful tool in physio, breaking down scar tissue undoing knots in muscles etc. I've found after 3 weeks of massage I seem to have regained some flexibility in the area's that had hardened ( not in a good way ) I've recently extended the massaging to the lower parts of the penis where the ligs are connected they are amazingly tough but my thinking is some massaging pre and post stretching will help these ligs loosen up and become more giving. I have seen the definite benefits of it hanging lower and fuller all day every day since starting, erections seem harder and last longer ... all positive PI's in my books. Has anyone else been exploring this as a standalone routine or as an addition to their workouts ( this is where I would see it being of greatest benefit )

    I've been massaging my inner penis, ligaments, and the muscles surrounding them for quite a while and I can definitely say it feels nice and helps with relaxation and blood flow.
