    Ok, so im not sure what i have in my signature right now and i dont feel like changing it, but i started around 6" EL slightly more perhaps, and now im up to just over 7" EL using JP 90 day program. I find the keys for me are a long and semi intense warm up using hot water in the shower and a cup to envelop the penis to get it nice and maleable. As soon as i do this for at least 10 mins, i immediately do some quick streches in all directions to loosen up the ligs. Then i follow the program, and afterwards, i do a modified edging session. I do not nessesarily look to reach the PONR, but i try to keep a maximum erection for the remainder of the 1 hour i alot for PE. I have found that since i added this regiment of heating and balooning to the program, i gained a 1/2 and inch in lenght in just under 2 weeks. I'm not brand new to pe, so i find this impressive. Any comments? Critiques? Advice?

      very impressive. I've done the routine for 4 days now and I'm already experiencing harder erections, longer, fatter flaccids and increased horniness.
      Its the warm-up and the edging that make the difference.

          i would have to agree, the warm up helps with the streching alot, which gives you the bigger in workout gains, but then the ballooning/edging at the end gives you the sustain, solidifies your gains.

            How many days do you pe?

            Do you do the typical 5 days on 2 days off routine?

              yes, i do a 5 day 2 off routine. or rather did. im moving on to try some new routines because mine has become boring and therefore less effective. but for begining or even intermediate, this is a good routine.
