    5 doesn't sound crazy, but 10= twice as much, anything on that?

    I take smaller doses of L-arginine about three hours apart throughout the day. I understand where you're coming from, but I think your best bet is to diet right and do ample cardiovascular exercise regularly. This will help your overall bloodflow ALL the time. Not to mention, if you supplement with arginine and eat foods naturally high in arginine while executing your diet and exercise program, you could see some amazing results.

    I don't see any problem with 5-10g of arginine a day - it isn't a supplement that is going to do any harm in high doses (it is simply an amino acid).

    That said, if you buy pills, you are going to pay through the nose (especially if you want a higher dose). Just buy the powder - 1kg shouldn't cost very much. It doesn't taste too great, but you can smash down 5g in a shot of water and be done with it.

    Watermelon is a good source of Citrulline, which is a precursor to Arginine. It's also very high in Lycopene, which is great for prostate health. Definitely a healthy food.

    I take 5 gm every other day, EQ is super and much better than prior to the arginine

    I'd check around the web as I've seen numerous discussions over tests proving oral doses of l Arginine don't have any effect on your bodies NO levels, bodybuilding.com I know for sure has some and there's plenty more. However foods naturally containing L Arginine have shown a slight increase

    So if I get this right if I get l -arginine right before my PE routine will give me better results than taking it any other time?
    I take it half an hour before I do my training in the evening but my PE routine takes place in the morning/noon
