    Hi does anyone know if L-Arginine has any negative effects on testosterone production?

    Righto then, I went and tried all those extra supplements and stuff and this is basically what I've settled on for myself, I tried taking B5, Choline L-arginine and L-citrulline, the B5 and Choline I took 3 times daily and the L-arginine and L-citrulline I took in the morning and at night both times on an empty stomach, I have since stopped the B5 and Choline but maintained the other, EQ has improved but to be honest my PE has stopped, but still took the stuff because it generally made feel amazing, I've just purchased an extender so once it arrives it'll be full steam ahead, I am also taking once a day now some triple strength horny goat weed which basically has turned EQ into warp factor 9 Mr Sulu maintain course, to fricken right I will, looking forward to some serious gains over the next 6-8 months.
    For the record I'm taking 15grms of each of the L-citrulline and L-arginine powders morning and night with no adverse effects at all and horny goat weed just whenever once a day.
    Cheers all looking forward to reporting back to tell about my gains (hopefully)

    Is there a difference between L-Arginine and Arginine?

    Only reason I ask is that sesame seeds have the highest amounts of arginine per 100 grams...approx 7000 mg's per 100

    I believe the "L" signifies that it is in supplement form as oppossed to Arginine which is what you'll find in your sesame seeds which is perfectly fine aswell,

    So L-Argine only has added benefits for my dick only if I use it pre workout?

    You're better off taking l-citrulline malate. I take mine in the morning and like a preworkout sometimes.

    I bought some Now Foods L-Citrulline 100% Pure Powder. Will this do? Does this produce Nitric Oxide?
