Well, I have peyronie's and just Jelqing against the curve alone seems inadequate when you consider you are Jelquing over the plaque scar tissue. So I am using an extender to help split the cells under tension in the plaque and cause the growth of new cells to soften it up and make it bendable. So thank you Another1or2inches for posting this great info about extenders and Peyronie's Disease.

Help anyone!!! I'm new to PE, and after doing some research I decided to purchase an extender device. On a daily basis for the past 2 months I've been doing some Jelking exercises, followed by strapping on the extender for 4 to 5 hours (6 days on, 1 day resting weekly). I haven't seen any gains, and didn't really expect any yet from reading all the posts.
But my question is: I have a 6 to 7 LOT, does it matter wether I place the penis on an upward or downward position while wearing the extender? I know when doing manual exercises the best gains are achived by pulling upward in order to impact the Tunica, so does the same principle applies to the extender?
