I wouldn't say those above are useless but:
-Lecithin didn't work all that well for me and I don't know any other benefits to its regular use.
-Tribulus is probably beneficial, especially for test.
-Pygeum may be beneficial, but I don't have much experience with it.
-I do, however recommend L Arginine and horny goat weed... In general... but I do not know its efficiency on semen volume. I have taken these but it seems to help my libido and erection and not really semen volume.
Since I discontinued my supplements, my volume has seemed to decrease but I'd say at a very low rate.
I do want to say that I'm not too educated whether the dong quai can cause long term effects. Good question. I think I'll check into that.
I am quite sure that the water, maca, and omega3's work really well for volume and is also good to have for general health.
I do believe that with the dong quai, it should be taken on cycles and not continually for long term.
And like I said the ashwaganda is similar to the maca.

I would suggest the stack that I took to anyone that wants to incorporate supplements into their PE workouts. One supplement may not be optimal for huge loads but has better results in other areas of penis health.
I had suggested
Lecithin
Tribulus Terresrisl
Pygeum
L-Arginine
Horny Goat Weed
But Tribulus is found in Horny Goat Weed so I wouldn't buy this supplement separately.
I was going to try Maca but my stack had too many pills in it anyways. I already got Omega3s in other ways then supplements. As far as Ashwaganda
Dong quai, I dont have any personal experience with them.
Boa has taken this stack but I believe all claims should be backed by hard scientific evidence. I am not saying Boa is incorrect, but simply implying that in order for the PE community to validate any claims, hard evidence would be needed to be back this up. It would be very fantastic if Boa would do an experiment like I did with his stack.
When I reduced my supplement intake my volume did decrease a bit. There are so many supplements out there that it is often difficult to pick. Choose wisely and see if that particular stack works for you.12-5-11 --- 7-4-14

I buy maca powder. You can mix it in a protein shake or something. It actually tastes pretty good.
I believe all that you mentioned would be beneficial, but my experience with lecithin was quite strange. It didn't seem to up the volume, maybe thicken it a bit, but after taking it I was feeling pains in my balls..I don't know what that's about. So I stopped and I don't think I'll try it again.
The others that I mentioned have pretty good evidence to back it up but the dong quai I'm not too sure of.
I read it somewhere, did a little research of side effects and all that, then tried it. It seemed to work. But I am not endorsing it or recommending it without proper research.
I made myself my own lab rat and for anyone else who would want to try it you'd be probably doing the same.
I do recommend everyone research everything I mentioned prior to use. I believe people react different to different supplements, especially if they have a disorder or medical condition.

Wonderful post, one the most inspiring posts I ever read in this forum....this is simply scientific!
When reading this I just felt the urge to drink some water and ended up taking a whole half-liter mug down my thirsty throat.
To just add, I had gone in search for Ginkgo Biloba and instead got someone who told me that there is an equivalent and readiyl available herb, locally grown in Kenya. I bought it.
The herb is called Mondia Whitei. I took it trying to see if it will be of benefit to my body. Barely one week into its use, I realized that my libido is up and quality of erection. But what surprised me is its seemingly ability to enhance sperm/semen production.
