    The ExSPERMent

    So I read many threads about which supplements increase ejaculation loads and how much do they help. I decided…let’s do a science experiment!!! Everyone loves data so let’s be as methodical as possible. I am not an expert in this field. I have done research and these are the conclusions I have come up with. Do your own research before trying any new supplements.

    First let’s take a look some characteristics of semen.

    Semen

    Semen is made up of 90% water and the remaining 10% is broken down as 65% of the fluid is produced by the seminal vesicles, 30% from the prostate, and 5% testicles and epididymis. The average male ejaculates between 2-5ml of semen on each ejaculation. The average ejaculation distance is 7-10 inches. Thick or lumpy semen is due to dehydration or in extreme cases low testerone levels. Foul smelling semen is usually a sign of infection and can often be green and brown in color.

    We often see in porn videos, the guys shooting large loads and in some cases extreme large loads. You can often tell which ones are fake and which ones are really fake!! We have this notion that we need to blow like a porn star. If you do research on porn stars you soon realize the tricks used to make you think all males shoot like this.

    I wanted to do my own research and see how much I ejaculate and why the amounts change. Is it due to time between ejaculations, sleep, hydration, diet…So over the last two months I have compiled my baseline data and sacrificed a lot to get this non bias information to everyone. I have a stack that I will start to take and see if this makes a difference as some have claimed. I have already individually tried these supplements and already have some notes on what to make on each. But my experiment is more along the lines of whether supplements really do aid to ejaculation volume.

    Supplements

    Lecitihin
    The male semen contains a considerable amount of lecithin. If you supplement your diet with lecithin you may be able to increase the amount, as well as the volume of prostate secretions. This means that the volume of semen when you ejaculate will be increased.

    Tribulus Terrestris

    Raises testosterone levels which boosts libido and improves EQ (Helps with ED)
    Enhances Sexual Function
    Tribulus terrestris has been used in traditional medicine to treat sexual dysfunctions, such as impotence and low libido.

    Improves Sperm Motility
    Sperm motility and the ability of a sperm to penetrate the female egg, as well as the volume and concentration of the sperm, play significant roles in fertilizing the female egg.

    Pygeum
    Pygeum is used for treating symptoms of enlarged prostate and prostate cancer. Pygeum contains chemicals that help shrink the prostate to relieve urinary problems such as poor urine flow and nighttime urination in men with enlarged prostates. This is why men report their pre-cum “leaking like a faucet.”

    L-Arginine
    In the body, the amino acid arginine changes into nitric oxide (NO). Nitric oxide is a powerful neurotransmitter that helps blood vessels relax and also improves circulation. Since arginine may help arteries relax and improve blood flow, it may also help with ED.

    On a personal note…I am ADHD and I take Adderall. Adderall basically causes my penis to become turtled as long as the medicine is active in my system. L-Arginine has significantly helped keep that from being so severe as it improves blood flow.

    Another side note…HAHA don’t take L-Arginine when you get your wisdom teeth out…they don’t stop bleeding and led me to dry sockets!!!

    Celery seed -Removed
    Celery seed has diuretic properties, and people who take celery seed might experience a higher urine output

    Diuretic
    Celery seed can help increase urine flow, which may be useful in treating water retention and other urinary problems.
    Anti-Inflammatory & Pain Relief
    Celery seed has long been used to treat arthritis and gout and is thought to be an effective pain reliever and muscle relaxer.

    Horny goat weed
    Horny goat weed may increase libido in men, improve erectile function in men, restore sexual vitality, stimulate and tone the muscles of the pelvic floor, increase sperm production, stimulate sensory nerves in the sexual organs, stimulate hormone secretions, and increase sperm count & density.

    I will start this stack tomorrow. This will take some time to get results so please be patient.

    The ExSPERMent
    The experiment will consist of a baseline test with different intervals between ejaculations, hydration intake, and how much in ml was ejaculated. All time intervals will have 3 ejaculations each to average. Once a baseline is established, I will take the supplements and mirror the baseline time intervals and hydration. I am using a 10ml glass cylinder to collect my data. The data will be represented to the .1ml and all variables will be constant on preparation and how the experiment is handled.

    (Each Hours consisted of 3 ejaculations each)

    Data
    Hydration data consisted of a gallon of water consumed daily.

    Hydrated
    2.5ml 2 Hours
    3.5ml 18 Hours
    3.7ml 24 Hours
    4.1 ml 48 Hours

    Avg. 3.45ml

    Not hydrated is less than 8 glasses of water daily

    Not Hydrated
    2.0ml 2 Hours
    2.1ml 18 Hours
    2.7ml 24 Hours
    2.1ml 48 Hours

    Avg. 2.225ml

    Edging/Hydrated
    5ml 48 hours

    Baseline conclusion
    I was bewildered by how water has such a huge impact on the volume of the load. It makes sense as semen is made up almost entirely of water. I have Edging/Hydrated by itself because I tried two nights ago and had to separate this finding. I edged for 30 minutes while being hydrated that day and I had a two orgasm blow of 5ml. It was amazing and very promising on the outcome. This was the biggest load I blew and I believe edging was a huge factor

    So far from the baseline readings, if you want to blow a bigger load, stay hydrated and edge. More is to come and I will continue to update this until I am satisfied with the experiment. Please if you have any suggestions please let me know. I want to make this as accurate for all. Enjoy

      The ExSPERMent With Supplements

      These measurements have not been averaged yet. I will update this after each time I measure. I have been on this cycle for 3 days now and I am seeing and feeling the results of the supplements. Start date 6-31-13.

        The gains from hydrated with supplements was not significant enough to warrant a need to take them for increased load. A .15ml increase is so minimal that it can be disregarded.

        The gains from not hydrated with supplements was larger then hydrated. However, the increase was still small and may warrant the take of supplements for little gain in load size.

        After reviewing my findings, I have concluded three areas to increase load size and supplement is not one of them (time,hydration, and edging).

        Time
        Recovery time increases load size until diminishing returns start at the 48-72 hour mark. I have not recorded on here after 48 hours, but my experimentation has lead me to conclude that 3 days is the max needed for recovery time. 48 hours is enough time for recovery to warrant large loads.

        Hydration
        Hydration as proved in my testing to be just as important if not more important then time. Your load is comprised of mostly water, so therefore, hydration will give you a much larger load.

        Edging
        Edging can cause load buildup which will give you larger loads with better orgasms. It makes sense, if you try to ejaculate quickly, then load is smaller and the orgasms aren't as intense. However, if you edge, the buildup will yield larger loads and orgasms become greater and you may be able to multi-orgasm.


        My opinion on stack load...
        Lecithin
        Pygeum
        L-Arginine
        Horny Goat Weed
        One A Day Pro Edge

        The celery seed caused too much water loss and made my loads smaller.
        Horny Goat Weed has enough T
        ribulus Terrestris in it, and taking more isn't needed.

        Bottomline...if you want bigger loads, give it 48-72 between ejaculations, stay hydrated, and prolong ejaculation as long as you can! Happy Shooting!

                  I have some noticeable differences emerging at the moment. Some of the pills are considered diuretic and flush my body of water. Now I am still drinking 8 glasses of water (which is not hydrated in this experiment) but my semen is very very thick. Normally there would be more water in my not hydrated semen. Also, I tried the 24 hour not hydrated test last night and couldn't ejaculate in the cylinder because my orgasm was too strong and I ending up missing the cylinder. Now it isn't easy to ejaculate and hit a small area, but this was different. Those are my two observations at the moment and if my semen continues to stay as thick as it is, I may have to stop using one of the diuretic pills (Celery Seed), as this may hinder volume by having too much diuretic.

                          From my findings so far... to a point, but at some point it levels off and doesn't matter. Water and an edging type activity seems to be having similar effects to time between ejaculations. Again, way to early to tell, but I am seeing patterns.

                            We all love experiments to see results backed by science...then we get frustrated because new variables are introduced and the experiment must be fine tuned.

                            Celery Seed is causing havoc on this experiment. It is flushing too much water out and my semen is not retaining enough. Ejaculations have been thick and not watery at all. I recently have removed celery seed and the effects were immediately present. Unless you want thick normal size loads of semen don't take celery seed.

                            Now I will have to add more sessions to come to an accurate conclusion by taking vitamins dehydrated. Once I have completed dehydrated, I will start hydrated.
