Ancient eastern knowledge repeatedly and emphatically says yes, not all women want or need a large penis but some do! This simple conclusion is based off of thousands of years of observation which contributed to the multiple different eastern traditional medicines; Ayurvedic, Tibetan, Chinese and others. It makes sense that, with tall, short, fat, skinny, muscular, thin, pale, swarthy... so many variations in the human form, that the genitalia would be just as varied. It also then makes sense that sexual compatability may not be a matter of what is 'perfect' but what is perfect for an individual's body, which may be not at all perfect for someone else!
For men insecure about your small penis, you do not need to get bigger, you need to find a woman with a small vagina.
