Ancient eastern knowledge repeatedly and emphatically says yes, not all women want or need a large penis but some do! This simple conclusion is based off of thousands of years of observation which contributed to the multiple different eastern traditional medicines; Ayurvedic, Tibetan, Chinese and others. There seems to be a lot of this knowledge but much of it is deliberately or unintentionally hidden by bitter ascetic monks or inscrutable ancient books.

Any time I research this, I always come to the conclusion that these ancient cultures thought of penises and vaginas as very diversified, having as many as 40+ different kinds of penises and twice as many kinds of vaginas, some of them big, some of them small, some fat, skinny, crooked curved and straight, bumpy and smooth, hard and soft, they saw a whole diverse ecosystem of human sexuality.

It makes sense that, with tall, short, fat, skinny, muscular, thin, pale, swarthy... so many variations in the human form, that the genitalia would be just as varied. It also then makes sense that sexual compatability may not be a matter of what is 'perfect' but what is perfect for an individual's body, which may be not at all perfect for someone else!

For men insecure about your small penis, you do not need to get bigger, you need to find a woman with a small vagina. This is what the ancients of eastern medicine believed; that bigger was only better when the other was also bigger and that bigger with smaller was bad for man AND woman. A big penis in a small vagina could do permanent damage, cause miscarriages, tearing and negate any potential the couple might have for practicing chi cultivation. In these cultures sexual activity was seen as a reenergizing practice that could cultivate chi, a word describing ones overall lifeforce and vitality, so long as the couple were compatible. If the penis was not big enough to fill her comfortably, the connection could not be had. If the vagina was too small to fully accommodate him, the connection could not be had.

Have any of you men with smaller penises who are insecure ever seen porn star Liz Vicious? She has a small vagina. Well my point was some women might actually need a smaller rather than larger dick because they have smaller vaginas and they aren't a minority according to the practice of these traditional forms of medicine. In a patriarchal society where sex is very taboo (in contrast to these Eastern societies where the Emperor himself was expected to have prostitutes) these kinds of differences may go completely unnoticed.

So far the general physical markers that were considered in these systems were;

Hand size
Jaw structure
Cheek structure
Eye size (the presence/lack of epicanthal folds and the size of the eyelid opening, even its shape)
Nose structure and size
Mouth size
Lip size
Forehead size
Head size
Voice quality
Body hair
Emotional disposition
Chin structure

These aren't all the criteria and I am not sure how they go together yet but supposedly there were methods in each of these practices to know the length of a man's penis or a woman's vagina from observing these characteristics and deducing how they fit together.

First criteria; Facial height. This one may directly correlate to vaginal depth. Smaller = shallow vagina and taller = deeper vagina. Chin to mouth distance seems a further indicator with the same principal. Must test this independently, wish I was a gynecologist.

Second criteria; Nose bridge width. May correlate to vaginal width. Nose bridge being concave/convex may correlate to a concave/convex angle to the vaginal wall. Concave may prefer thicker penises with a head smaller or the same size. Convex may prefer thinner penises with a larger head. Straight angled nose bridges will like straight penises with equal head size.

It is ONE part of the male anatomy, and the male physical body is only ONE part of what a woman considers in choosing a mate (and according to most women, it isn't even a big component at that).

If you were so small that penetration was not actually possible or she couldn't feel it, then there would be issues. Or if she had an abnormally large vagina.

But in general, I'd say for probably 99% of the female population, average is more than fine. I don't think there are really that many size queens out there, and at the end of the day, I'd say most of them would still choose a man to marry or based on traits other than his penis size. Thank you for posting this. I get so tired of hearing the big size BS from the size KINGS. If you feel you need a big one to be happy by all means do it but don't say is just so you can please the woman. We can please ourselves very well with our finger. I don't mean to sound crass but I get annoyed that the threads in here many times makes it look like all we ladies care about is the penis size. Prior to me joining this site I had NEVER had a size conversation with women (I do now, because I brought it up since this seems to be such a big deal to you guys). Girls talk tend to be more about how guys behave towards women, how they look (grooming), since we have different woman there are different tastes, some like muscle bound, some like teddy bear looks.

We tend to be attracted to the whole package, I am talking about people looking for a serious relationship not just a hook up for the night. I have mentioned here that when the Mr and I first got together HE was not the biggest I had at that point but he was the only man who found my orgasm button and I loved that.
