Yes, there actually is some reason for this. If they hung "even" with each other, something would be wrong. Its something I read about once with regard to how symmetrical the body is, male or female, with this one exception. Very interesting.

Yes you can, where nuts are concern size does matter. anything smaller than 1.5" on an adult male need medical attention immediately, this means you are hypogonadal and are not producing enough testosterone. To build up the size of your nuts you can engage in physical activity. sitting at a desk all day ain't going to make you nuts larger. Certain herbs can increase the size of ypour nuts by increasing testosterone levels, ginkgo, green tea, ginger, and genseng, daimaina and togkat ali.

A lot of people are promoting testicle massage, and it dawned on me that this ball jelqing I do is a combination of massage and stretching. One of the problems with some forms of testicle stretching is that those with tight sacks don't have any skin to grab and pull. In addition, this jelqing technique stretches the entire sack, not just sections of it. I continue to do these several times a week. My sack hangs really nice now, but not in a freakish kind of way. When I finish my testicles turtle a bit, but then I massage them for a while in the usual fashion.

I have a HUGE SCROTAL WEB from so much extender wear!
Mine hangs pretty low at times from this, but I feel lucky that it also will retreat at times of intense physical activity or in cold.
So, what is the secret to keep your balls from turtling? Man its hard enough to keep my weenur from turtling, but if you can keep BOTH from turtling, your a master!

Also - supplements: I found that the combination of Omega-3, L-Arginine, and Lecithin made my balls hang REALLY low and full. I've been off the Lecithin and L-Arginine for awhile now, and things aren't hanging as well as before. But still pretty good, which I credit the testicle massage that I do twice a day.
Also, not cumming for a few days will make them hang lower.

Actually massaging your nuts - gently that is - is great for them. I find that it increases my sexual energy. I have a pretty quick refactory period but find its even quicker if my girl massages them for me. Not really Jelquing just rubbing them and pulling them down slightly.

When stretching your balls and scrotum. I've found that after attaching your weight, if you also pump your penis with the cylinder. You don't get a "turkey neck", due to the area being stretched is the scrotum only. Good success thus far, with minimal neckage. FYI =]
