    Length of the nut itself, seprate measure from top to bottom again a ruler.

    Thanks man, my nuts are 2" long and 1.5" wide, I guess this is a pretty decent size then eh

    I am stretching my Sack since years.In the moment my max stretch is close to 8 inch!

    The technique thar RBI describe at the beginning of this thread has produced a very noticeable difference in my hang. Like some guys here on this forum, I had 'drum' nuts. My testicles, about 90% of the time were in a state of constant contraction. They were always tight against my body and uncomfortable at times (and the skin was tight as a drum over the testicles themselves). This was probably due in large part to wearing underwear that never let my balls hang down naturally for my entire life.

    After a month of doing just a handful of these stretches each day, and doing lighter versions of the technique each time I go to the john, I've already seen a much longer hang. And I would say now my testicles are contracted less then half the time now. Now I wear boxers only (and will never go back to any form of constrictive underwear again). Everything just 'feels' better down there to - freer, literally.

    I would highly recommend these stretches to anyone who suffers from overly tight balls.

    Sorry for resurrecting this thread that's been months old but this subject us something I'm very interested in. Noob here and am interested in enlarging my nuts. My nuts are sadly just the size of kumquats:

    I've always wanted to have bigger nuts and get envious when I see guys with huge low-hangers or a nice full package. Maybe I didn't produce enough testosterone when I was growing up, that my gonads stopped increasing in size, I don't know. I've read on the internet that supplements and herbs like LJ100/Eurycoma longifolia Jack/Tongkat Ali, Damiana, and Siberian Ginseng can increase the size of your testicles. I'm currently taking pills daily that I bought from Vitacost called Men's Passion Booster that has 75mg of the more potent LJ100. I've been taking it for over a month now but I have not seen any results. Maybe because the dosage is too low? I'll start doubling the dosage. To increase blood flow to the genitals, I exercise and sometimes do a bit of jelqing but not long or often enough to do it. I know I should be more disciplined and do it at least 3 times a week for 10 minutes according to this article: Health & Fitness Solutions: Massage Your Testicles to Better Health

    Anyway, does anyone here had any positive results taking these supplements/herbs with regards to testicular size? How much dosage you're taking for this purpose and how do you cycle? I also want my nads to hang really low, I love the feeling of pendulous orbs freely swaying around and rubbing against my thighs. I once saw photos of this burly guy who hung heavy weights around his huge nuts and they go almost to the ground! Also a video of these Chinese men doing Iron Crotch Qigong but I really don't want to go that extreme.

    However, that would be for another whole topic of discussion. Right now I'm more concerned first with enlarging the testicles.

    I wear ball weights 22 hours per day (Secret Leather's WMC ball weights). I normally wear 1 lb, but I own 2 lbs of weights in half pound increments. I will agree its delightful and has greatly improved the hang of my balls (my sack used to always be drum tight, it made my average sized testicles appear much smaller than they actually were). I personally see no danger in it at all, as I often wear all 2 lbs. for 12 hours or so. Testicle jelqing and manual stretches are great as well and not as dangerous as they sound.
