correlation between penis size and ball size?

That being said I was given lower hanging, not really big, balls but a below average dong.

I have 19cm in lenth(erect of course) but i have comparably small balls. Also they don't hang that much.

Well, I have average ball size and a penis above average. The few guys I have been with all had about the same sized balls but the penis size varied much more. Obviously, I don't have the sample size to make a determination, but the two don't seem to be correlated, or if they are, it's a weak one at best.
