    Okey here is the thing. Ive been doing kegels for 3 months now and i still cant shoot cum. I dont think my kegel muscles are super strong now, but they are much stronger for sure. I can edge for 30-50 mins if i want to, and have much better control which is amazing.
    The reason i cant shoot i think is because my sperm is really dense. Dont know how to explain but my sperm is not watery, its just heavy like a fucking yoghurt. I remember once this happened in my life like a year ago or something, that i was edging for a really long time and when i had an orgasm i just heard pssss psss and psss 3-4 times and i shooted sperm like people in porn do. This happaned only once in my life. I was amazed because it also made some noice as someone is shooting the water out of the syringe.
    1.Maybe its my nutrition? Im a bodybuilder so i eat pretty much perfect foods...
    2.Maybe my PC muscle is still weak? But i dont think its the case since i can edge and control myself really well.
    3.Or there is a technique with pc muscle while ejaculating?

    It's definitely dietary. When I was a teenagee I couls sit on the toilet and pop one off into the shower (about 4 feet). Now it dribbles out like ooze. The difference is definitely about the viscosity of the ejaculate. My stuff is so thick now if it gets on my clothes I pretty much have to throw them away.

      Are you getting enough water? I think hydration may be a major player here...

        To be honest, I think it's less about the water consumption and more about the stimulation, horniness and that 'pump'.
        If I am at the edge for longer periods of time, I'll literally shoot over 3-4 meters sometimes... If I kegel strongly in the rhythm of those involuntary kegels, it will shoot further.
        But yeah, try drinking more water, make your kegels stronger and cum at the peak of the pump and horniness and you should shoot.

          There's also pills to help you ejaculate more, and far I'm not sure if they work, they most likely don't...but it won't hurt to try

            Mainly hydration!

            Yogurt also increases ejaculate volume, alongside many more health benefits.

            Shooting far requires a strong and balanced pelvic floor, a good kegel and reverse kegel routine will help!

              I've been doing Kegels for well over 3 weeks now... I've even increased the amount of sets... still my ejaculation volume remains the same...However.. I find it longer to ejaculate

                    A "bodybuilders diet" is often not a healthy one, nor is it perfect. Many amateur bodybuilders have a protein dense diet consisting of lean meats and less carbohydrates. I'm not sure if there is a correlation between carbohydrate intake and 'shooting'. Hydration is another big thing you might want to look into. Try to get over 4L daily.

                      For me shooting sperm is both a health concern and a sort of a benchmark on how my pelvic muscles are in balance.

                      In order to be able to shoot sperm the most important thing is how balanced your pelvic floor is yet strong enough that a kegel spasm will shoot it out (you will notice if you observe the ejaculation process closely that there is a slight pause between every spasm, if your pelvic floor is for example to tense, your muscles will not be able to relax properly and the next spasm wont be able to have full range of motion). The second important thing is how long and gradual is the build up of the fluids due to the high arousal, the last thing that has the most immediate effect is the pose you ejaculate in, you will notice that in certain poses you ejaculate differently, so experiment with that. The other thing that may have effect is how much your produce precum, since it is a lubricant that both increases the volume and therefore the pressure and also decrease the friction allowing the sperm to shoot out.

                      While your diet may effect the quality of the sperm I don't think the effect is as big or as important (might be wrong though).

                      As for the technique, there is one where you kegel exactly when a kegel spasm happens in order to increase the strength of the kegel spasm, but that only works if your pelvic floor is relaxed enough to allow such motion, also with a balanced pelvic floor there is little or no need to do this since the kegel spasm is already strong enough.

                      This does not mean that people that don't shoot out sperm (dribble) have an unbalanced or weak pelvic floor, but rather that the position and the pelvic floor muscle tension does not allow the full range or motion.

                            Guys, I never really thought about it before. I mean, I only ejaculate a little bit, a very little amount and I am 100% sure I will NEVER ejaculate to a 2-3 meters distance. Why would someone really need or want that??
