I'm not obsessive about size and measurements so I won't be doing a log anytime soon. I've been very occupied with building a bike for the last few months so I haven't been doing much PE either.
I still hold promise for this theory of Kidds and I believe for the time period which I used this protocol I developed better and longer flaccid hang and more girth and vascularity. My penis bottoms out in my pump cylinder every time I use it now as well.
Many, many years ago I purchased "The Grip" weight hanging system and I remember they advised using a weight around 5lbs and hanging it with a heavy broccoli elastic and bobbing it up and down for more effective results in size gains.
