Kamasutra? That's not an Arabic word and there's no way in hell it is originated from Arabs with the cultural background I know of them. It is an Indian book and it basically revolves around sexuality including how to have sex. I watched a documentary on the topic several years ago.

i have alot of people asking me to make a routine, and while i am tempted to do so, i realize that those of you who are watching this page are putting a measure of faith in me, and i wish to bring to bear more information, and then make a suggested workout. my current debacle is with the second and third outer tunica known as the Buck's, which is just outside of the tunica albuginea and surrounds the two corpora and the spongiosum. Then my next is with the Dartos or superficial fascia. the biggest reason for the debacle is due to the fact that these two fascial wrappings are integral to the pressurization that occurs inside the corpora cavernosum. the reason these two are crucial, is due veins that perforate the tunica albuginea behind the head and along the sides which are pressed against the buck's fascia and subsequently narrowed then collapsed. When these veins are not collapsed it causes venous leakage. While this is scary, strong PC muscles will be able to completely clamp them off, or at least stop venous outflow for the most. i am studying them at present along with the aforementioned topics. once i am able to fully piece together and connect all the information, i will be able to present a solid routine for all give a go

Where does mitosis come into the picture? I am not even remotely as well informed as yourself, but I was under the impression that smooth muscle cells, unlike skeletal cells, do not repair themselves. If they grow too large to feed and release waste they divide into two smaller cells. I thought it was the addition of these added cells that led to increases in girth. Maybe you said this but I don't have enough brain cells to comprehend it!
Also, many guys here are scared to death of turtling after a session. As our units turtle all the time when we exercise outside of pe I don't feel it is anything to concern ourselves with. In fact, I feel if it doesn't turtle you haven't pushed it hard enough. What are your thoughts on that subject?Last edited by rbi99; 02-01-2014 at 06:00 PM.

RBI99, i know that this will happen, but one of the things that always bothered me, was that many older gentlemen are reporting awesome gains, but so are younger men as well. What is also odd, is that there really isn't THAT big of a difference is gains and time, in fact some gain faster
. Some of my research has lead me to believe that smooth muscle has the ability to replicate and increase in size in a manner independent of perhaps growth hormone and IGF. Something that could very well be related to testosterone levels. When men get older, there is a decrease in total testosterone and free testosterone, but there is an increase in estrogen and DHT. What is also interesting is that the prostate increases in size, which is a gland and a big damn smooth muscle basically and collagen to boot. What causes this prostate hyperplasia? DHT and Estrogen. But get this, the penis shrinks with age, "what the fuck" was my thoughts on that. But then you have people with massive smooth muscle cells in their arteries from high blood pressure, so i was even more "what the fucked" then before, but then i researched into nitric oxide and its effects on causing smooth muscle growth, but not hyperplasia.Which is weird considering the fact that young teenagers have tons surging in their bodies, and that it drops off as we get older. In fact some research says that it STOPS smooth muscle growth and others that say it doesn't, but increases smooth muscle healing a replication rates, and then urrgh. Needless to say i fucking hate the medical community. Then you have the fact that the older somebody is, the higher their risk for cancer, that relies massively on smooth muscle hyperplasia. I am so confused and beyond frustrated on that front, so i just had to stick with what i could readily cite. that is also part of the information shits storm i am currently tackling. I hope to figure it out, and provide an answer, but as you can see, currently i am wrestling with a real issue. if i can figure it out, it may very well be revolutionary. Here is to trucking ahead to finding out. it may explain a way to increase erection length and girth, without the dreaded loss of erectile quality that hanging and stretching causes. that by the way that is my ultimate goal. Making a bigger dick with harder erections to boot. we will see RBI99 we will see.

I will be describing how to do it, how to increase the rate you see gains, why some see size gains from vacuums, why some see size gains from extending, why some see gains from jelqing, and how this method will do all of it, but much much better. the method, some may be familiar with, but ohhh its gona blow you guys AWAY!!
