I think penis shrinkage with age ,is to do with lack of use rather than directly to hormones.
Is the increase in dht and estrogen more relative than actual?

What does muscle hypertrophy, high blood pressure, penis pumps, extenders, jelqing, clamping, ulis, squeezing, stretching and kegels all have in common in relation to increasing penis size?
These topics have been tossed back and forth for so long, that most people have labeled penis enlargement a miracle of nature, impossible, destructive, and a scam.
Gentlemen, it has always been my aspiration in life to make my mark on the world, and herald in a new era for all 'Man' kind. After years and years of exhausting, mindnumbing, hope shattering, character building, and near hopelessly lopsided odds I have found the answer very few thought existed.
PENIS EXERCISING: SMOOTH MUSCLE HYPERTROPHY AND HYPERPLASIA

Part I: The Penis(corpora cavernosum and spongiosum)
According to Gray Anatomy by Henry Gray F.R.S the penis is a collagen structure very similar in design to the uncalcified inner structure of bones, known as spongy bone. Spongy bone is comprised of collagen, endothelium, and blood vessels. The inner chambers of the corpora cavenosum have within them a multitude of connecting collagenous structures known as trebeculea that connect to the comb like structure in between the two caverns known as the Septum, which then connect to the inner walls of the tunica albuginea, hence the similarity to bone. It is within the empty space of the trebeculea that one will find numerous nerves, smooth muscle cells, and endothelial cells lining the smooth muscles. The smooth muscle adhere to the incredibly intricate trebeculea structures forming a network of freely communicating chambers that fill with blood, via a vacuum like effect upon the relaxation(manually or chemically induced) smooth muscle cells that draws in the blood through a myriad of equally intricate blood vessels leading to the penis. The Spongiosum is similar in all manners to the corpora cavernosum except the fascia wrapping is much thinner than the tunica albuginea, which leads the discussion further into the structure of the entire penis and its many fascia.
Part II: Penis Structure From the Outside In.
The first picture is a real human penis that has been cut in half in the tranverse plane(cross-section). In the picture you can clearly make out the collagenous fascia wrappings on the tunica Albuginea, Bucks, and Colles'. Then inside the tunica albuginea is clearly the vascular body made up of the intricate trebeculea and the smooth muscle cells lining the hollow cavities giving the copora the appearance of a 'sponge', and lastly the corpora spongiosum. In order to clearly understand the penis, what better than an actual one to give perspective. If the reader is unable make out the different structures or unfamiliar with the topic, the second picture is for a frame of reference to the actual penis.

Part III: The Dual Nature of the Penis
It is due to the double nature of the penis as both a collagenous and vascular structure, that many have been beyond perplexed about the means by which to increase its size, or at the very least keep it from shrinking. Many in the past have dissected penises and took note of its many wrappings, as well as its both elastic yet strong composition, along with the vascular bodies within. The idea of penis enlargement has been tackled by many cultures throughout the years, though for the most unsuccessfully. Some of the more famous civilizations were Egypt, India, the Roman Empire, Arab countries, South American cultures such as the Inca and Amazonian, but the approaches varied drastically in nature. The Egyptians, Arab, and Incan appeared to have used stretching forces as a means to increase manhood through the application of either manual stretching or weights of varying sorts, while the Indian, Roman, and South American cultures along with the Amazons used methods of engorgement, clearly intended to attack both the collagen structures and vascular ones by means ranging anywhere from the application of Stinging Nettles, bee stings, or snake bites as a mean to increase penis size.
While many of the numerous ways, that ancient civilizations sought to increase penis size and were all on the right track, they were horribly misguided. Out of the many methods used over the years people would see gains from stretching and swelling methods, though many many more were left horribly maimed and impotent for all of their troubles.
Fast forward a few hundred or thousand years depending on the reference point to the early 1800's where people were continuing the quest for penis enlargement by using even more advanced stretching methods and soon to be the dawn of vacuum devices, and still the subject was horribly misunderstood. Fast forward about a hundred years more, and the medical and underground community were still playing with the incredibly dangerous methods for penis enlargement in desperate attempts to increase penis size, but there was a very small amount of head way that began to occur with the medical revolutions made in the study of physical therapy and muscle hypertrophy.
When the medical community found out that muscles could be increased in size through correctly applied physical work, it was a massive medical breakthrough, that has changed the entire face of the medical field as the world knew it for thousands of years. Then they found out that muscle cells could be increased in number, and soon it was off to the races and once more massive change began to happen even if very very slowly. It wasn't too long after the medical breakthrough that people began to throw around the penis all over again, but this time in a whole new light. Maybe the penis could work in a similar fashion? At this time in the medical field, very very little was known about smooth muscle, or other involuntary structures, but that did not stop people from experimenting all the same by using the old methods with a new spin to them. In the past everybody heard the myths and the legends of people making a bigger penis for themselves somehow using the methods everybody knew, but now people were really starting to document failures and successes in manner that was easy to reference, which lead to big leaps forward in the knowledge base for entrepreneurs of all walks of life.
Needless to say it was still hard to figure anything out in the dissonance caused by everybody trying to make blood money on peoples(men's!) suffering/insecurities with magic snake oils, penis enlarging contraptions, self help books, pills, and all the other useless junk out there. All the while nobody seemed to make an obvious connection between how skeletal muscle and smooth muscle were similar until a few decades ago. When people began studying skeletal muscle and smooth muscle on the microscopic level new information came to light that just begged so many questions in everybody's mind. Do they work the same? Immediately after asking that question, most people would get caught up in ways to somehow control the involuntary smooth muscles with their mind or with drugs of varying sorts, which lead to even more confusion. However, some thought, “why not muscle over muscle?” This idea brought about the birth of Penis Exercising/Enlargement, but that pesky dual nature of the penis kept tripping people up. It is vascular and collagenous, so it does not work the way muscles do, many thought.
They were wrong...
In literally every structure in the body, collagen is present in order to provide strength, stability, and support. Unlike the rigid girders or woven steel of the skyscrapers that began to reach for the heavens in our modern age, collagen is a biological structure. A dynamic, changing, growing, dying, adapting structure for organisms that were just that. In short, the penis was no different that any other part of the body. In the face of stimuli it changes, but nobody knew what that magical stimuli was until now.
Part IV: Inducing Smooth Muscle Hypertrophy and Hyperplasia Through External Forces.
A few years back a man by the name of Arthur Jones invented the Nautilus System which induced skeletal hypertrophy and we now know, hyperplasia, through the mean of eccentric forces(forces that pulled muscle to full length against contraction), which help bring bodybuilders everywhere to a whole new level of hugeness. Few realized its application until now. Unlike Skeletal muscle which is able to be acted upon through voluntary nerve pathways, smooth muscle cannot be contracted at will, but that does not stop it from doing so through chemical means, in response to forces placed upon it. When smooth muscle is subjected to a force which causes it to begin to extend passed a certain point a very interesting phenomenon known as the Bayliss Effect takes place. The Bayliss Effect is a passive means by which to induce contraction of smooth muscle via channels that are opened when the endomysium is stretched beyond a certain point opening special ion gates which allow calcium outside of the smooth muscle cell to enter and cause the muscle to contract in response to the stimuli and the contraction then pushes the calcium back out of the cell allowing for multiple rapid contractions with ease. This explains one of the reasons for the rhythmic pulse that is propagated through blood vessels when the heart beats, which is why when the heart beats faster, it provides a workout for the smooth muscles of the body. It also explains why blood vessels hypertrope and hyperplate in response to elevated blood pressure or chronically high BPM(beats per minute) of the heart. It also explains why smooth muscle takes so long to grow too, because it is used to such a demanding workload that it has been made to do with quite a bit of ease. Now that we know how to stimulate the smooth muscle, now it is important to know the methods by which to induce healing. In my research I am lead to believe that the blood vessels are able to pull nutrients out of the blood via diffusion, osmosis, and other means. In other words, by eating a healthy diet that is rich in high quality proteins, good carbs, lower sodium, and by doing exercise to increase testosterone and DHT levels healing(and growth) is easy, so long as blood flow is adequate. I will cover means to increasing blood flow in another section.
Part V: How DO Devices Bring About gains?
In section four I covered how it is that smooth muscle is stimulated and subsequently able to increase in both size and number, but now I wish to speak about how it is that certain devices are able to accidentally provide such stimuli. I shall first cover one of the most used techniques. I refer of course to jelqing. Jelqing has always been a thorn in my side, due its simplistic nature and how it is performed, but now makes perfect sense in light of my findings that I presented thus far. Jelqing is very similar to a strong heart beat if done correctly, which explains why many men experience such strong erections and increases in size when done regularly. Much like a heartbeat propagated along a blood vessel, when a man squeezes his penis the pushes forward and down the shaft, stopping just below the head, he is in effect manually producing a heart beat. This motion causes a relaxation and contraction in front of the fingers, in between the fingers, and after, similar to an action potential along a cell membrane. This explains its effectiveness, but also the need to increase the workload to what many would call ridiculous with time due to the incredibly resilient and tenacious composition of smooth muscles. Also, the rhythmic stroking also causes growth factors to be release from the smooth muscle cells that begin to change the surround collagenous trebeculea structures of the penis making them more elastic, larger, and stronger in nature that all comes together to form a larger more rigid penis in the presence of adequate blood flow.
I shall now cover stretching, and go into depth as to why I believed it to be the very possible 'Holy Grail' of penis exercising. In the past people hung objects from the penis, that would act solely on the collagenous structures of the penis which inevitably lead to the lengthening of the penis, but not an increase in girth(or modest to moderate in some cases depending on its use). One of the problems that faced many people when doing too much stretching was the dreaded and nearly unavoidable loss of erectile quality which can and has lead to impotence, venous leakage, and nerve damage on top of it. This erectile quality loss was due to people focusing on the collagen structures externally. One of the biggest problems with prolonged traditional stretching is that it caused a heavy emphasis on the Colles and Buck's fascia which need to be springy and taught in order to close off veins perforating the tunica albuginea in order to create the pressurization inside the corpora cavernosum needed for a hard erection.
On the topic of stretching, that leads into stretching devices and of course penis pumps.
Many have experienced gains with these devices because it does provide stimuli to both the collagenous structures and the smooth muscle due to the nature of the forces they apply. Most extenders for instance do not put forth a great deal of force, but it is constant and worn for a very long time. This constant force in the one direction, due to the diagonal contractile unit arrangement on smooth muscles, causes changes in both girth and length, even if the girth aspect is minimal due to the smooth muscles passively contracting against the forces of the extender. Now, this growth(brought about indirectly) has been shown to lead to a great erection quality. I believe the main reason that girth only minimal, is due to the strain on the tunica albuginea being primarily on the outer longitudinal layer. It is by all of the above that some have experienced gains with penis pumps. The external vacuum mimmicks the one that happens inside the corpora cavernosum when its smooth muscles begin to relax. The vacuum more than likely provides the appropriate stretch necessary for the Bayliss Effect to take place, but the extended time under pressure, coupled with the possible the forces at play, could explain why many who have pumped regularly have smaller inelastic penises and is usually accompanied by coldness or extreme shriveling. I believe this to be due to a major intracellular increase in calcium that the smooth muscle is desperately trying to push out, and also the loss of elasticity in the face of too much force, very similar to chronically high blood pressure.
Part VI: The Routine
I am sure that up to this point everybody has just about been jumping up and down in excitement at everything that I have presented to in this article, and have been awaiting this part.
Keeping in mind the fascial wrapping on the penis, methods of physical rehabilitation of scar tissues, injury site, and the research on how it is that smooth muscle is affected by the heart beat and its response with the Bayliss Effect, here it is:
-10 minutes warm up with a wet cloth.
-Perform very light pulls in a rhythmic and quick manner slowing down before you reach the full extension of the penis in order to keep from jerking it possibly causing injury(some refer to this as Jai stretches). Pull towards the belly button in order to stimulate both the outer portion of the penis as well as the part inside the body. Do this for 10 minute bouts and perform 3 of them over the period of 30 minutes.
-Next some jelqing at no higher than a 50-60% erection in order to move blood around inside the penis. Do them slowly by methodically. Beginners would have amazing success with no more than a hundred, but experience vets may need to go as high as 400 depending.
-Next pull you penis to your belly button and provide a gentle force that your PC muscle can contract against so that they might become stronger as well. With this form of exercising doing 12 repetitions and about 4 sets is adequate.
The rhythmic pulling can be performed 5-6 days and then take 2-3 days for rest from what I can gather, based on cardiovascular recommendations in accordance with the American College of Sports Medicine.
On the topic of jelqing, due to its overall focus and not just smooth muscle or collagen, but nerves as well, no more than 4 days a week would be ideal, giving a day in between every session (monday, skip tuesday, do again wednesday)
and the resistance kegels I would suggest giving two days break based on protein synthesis and uptake information.
Part VII: Supplements
In section four I spoke about how it is that smooth muscle goes about repairing itself, so recommendations based on a bodybuilders diet is a good idea, but to make a specific focus on the penis, I would recommend supplements such as ginkgo, low caffeine green tea, 5-HTP, folic acid, multivitamins, garlic, ginseng, pomegranate extract supplement.

YES! but now we know a GREAT GREAT DEAL MORE THAN WE DID!! Now we can actually start devising even better routines based on this new information that will get gains much much faster! With the information i have brought to bear, we may very well be able to help gentlemen gain at an accelerated rate. instead of an inch or less a year, we may be able to grant INCHES on average! while yes, i realize most of what i presented, spare a few crucial details, was already known by alot, my contributions as to HOW the stimuli should be applied and WHY will make ALL the difference!
and that is what i have come to do.
